Dear seniors

In the MR & PCC mail, "Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate for yourself from India."

As i have stayed in other states for more than 6 months, do i need to send the PCC from that state?

1. NDVO don't issue AOR
2. On current average, it takes around 47 days of getting MR after PER.
3. Can't say as none from NDVO got Visa
4 Can't say as none from NDVO got Visa

Hi Experts,

I have few queries for now and will follow up with others on later time;

1) I got my PER on 8 September, so when can I expect my AOR from NDVO?
2) When can I expect the following from NDVO post AOR?
- Medicals
- PCC
3) Post Medical clearance, how much time is given for the principal applicant to land in Canada?
4) Post landing in Canada, how much time does it take to get the Canadian passport with PR stamp so that one can come back to India to resume back their Job?

Thanks :)

We have applied for NOC 3142.
Our application was received on 10th June 2014.

In what time should we get a news regarding our application...! And generally what time it takes from the date of receipt of the application to the date of medical...?

Can anyone help us?

Waiting for reply... :)

You are not in the ss sheet? How many of you have applied in NOC 3142? Please add all details for correct suggestions..all the best.

Don't think that is correct cause saw a few rejections in the SS due to this.

Sample :
"CIC dont accept SSC marksheet as proof of Birth certificate as mine does not have parent' name on it."

Seniors please correct me if I am wrong.

Kapoor, I submitted my wife's matriculation certificate as Birth proof although her parents name is not there. So I made affidavit with her parents name in it mentioning her date of birth and sent it along with matriculation certificate. Guess what....I got my PER!!

Dont forget to mention 'Birth proof' written on the top of notarized matriculation certificate and on original affidavit.

Hi all,

I am intending to submit the Affidavit sworn by my mother and the SSLC certificate instead of Birth Certificate. The SSLC Certificate has both my father's and Mother's name on it. However there is a small spelling error with one letter in the name of father (Ahmed instead of Ahamed as in my passport). Besides both father and mother name is not represented in full as in my passport. Their family names are represented by initials in the SSLC certificate

However all the above things are included in the affidavit sworn by my mother. Will this be fine?

Dear Valued members,

I had applied for FSW 2014 program in June.
The details are as below :
Application Sent : 04-June-2014
Application received at CIO Sydney(NS) Office : 09-June-2014
Primary NOC 2011 Code: 2133
Payment Mode : CC(Citi Bank)_Also I had notified my Bank for the upcoming transaction from "IMMIGRATION CANADA FSW - SYDNEY NS.

QUERY 1:
My first query is that, what is the usual timeline for receiving the PER from the CIO ?
And when likely I should expect the same from CIO.

QUERY 2 :
My IELTS score was :
Listening - 7.0 Bands
Reading - 6.5 Bands
Writing - 7.0 Bands
Speaking - 8.0 Bands

So I had counted my total IELTS points based on the current score as "16 (4 points for each section)".
But I was reading someone had posted in the forum that we need to individually count the points based on score, which corresponds to
Listening - 7.0 Bands - 4 Points
Reading - 6.5 Bands - 5 Points
Writing - 7.0 Bands - 6 Points
Speaking - 8.0 Bands - 6 Points
This means I am having total "21 Points (4+5+6+6)". Please help to clarify me on this whether I am having 16 points or 21 Points as I am bit confused.

Looking forward for the valued replies of members,

Thanks,
Regards,
Parm

parm007 , hold on tight buddy, give some time for everyone to respond :)

I am Ok with the content. Not sure about the sending e-mail ID.

Rather send at cio-sydney-search-enquiry @ cic.gc.ca ; they don't attach anything but can give you confirmation whether your documents have been attatched.

Thanks Century Bro I am very happy to hear on this from "you" ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
I ll send to both email ids

Waaooow, CPR2012 too fast :)

1. Congrats, NDVO is not been observed in sending AOR - its like " Sidhi Baat Baki Sab Bakwaas"
2. MR - 30-35 days observed from SS (after file transfer) , MR/PCC/RPRF few cases all together - if lucky enough
3. After MR not sure, but still NDVO speeds is a factor here, another TICKETS availability - lolz
4. PR stamp/card and Canadian PP is different, PR card within 3 months of landing date & Canadian PP after u become citizen.
5. R u sure, after getting and being in Canada, u will return back to work @ india...after all this WORKOUT ?

If the above holds true, I bet your giving plus two is in line with Italian traditions lmao so please feel free to exercise your "Italian" right!!! ;D
