We want all with us and the more we get information, the better will be our decision/estimation.

Thanks Century and admins for your work. I know its very irritating when people are using this forum, but do not want to update their basic details in the spreadsheet, when actually its the spreadsheet which is helping most of us do the analysis and provide the answers to the questions they ask...... Its especially painful when they enlist using different userid's as compared to the one used in the forum....

Well i guess we have to deal with it and keep on reminding.... 8)

I completely support and second what Saps & Century has to say. The more accurate the SS, the more dependable all our responses and decisions become. Request all to ensure accuracy in SS reporting.

Regarding forum name / versus name in the ss, I would leave it to forumites judgement, as some may have constraints that may not be easily explainable. Many thanks to all for updating on time! All the best.

Sample :
"CIC dont accept SSC marksheet as proof of Birth certificate as mine does not have parent' name on it."

1) Can I pay the RPRF fee in INR? If yes, then is it 26700 INR per person? In our case, it's me, my spouse and my daughter who is just 3 years old. I guess I don't have to pay the RPRF for my daughter. As per my understanding, I have to pay a total of 53400 INR for the RPRF. Am I right? If yes, then do I have to give two different drafts of 26700 INR each OR I can combine the payment for myself and my spouse and give just one single draft for 53400 INR (26700*2) in the name of "Canadian High Commission" payable at New Delhi.

2) Do I have to send the proof of medical examinations e.g. receipts ?

My bank has mentioned me that i have 40000 withdrawal limit and 100000 rs as POS Transaction
limit on my debit card.

I need to pay 1400 cad

is there is enough limit available to do the transaction or there is difference between
POS transaction and international usage limit.....

please advise/..............

Also i think its best if bank itself confirms that you have sufficient International usage limit and if this is applicable for key entered transaction. PLEASE get them to confirm you on the exact same words i have highlighted.

It will accept SSC certificate if
1. has DOB
2. your correct name
3. Father's Name

My wife is the primary applicant. He BC does not have her name in it however her 10th certificate has her name and DOB. Is there any other proof to be submitted?? [size=10pt]It is better you approach the BC issuing authority and get her name added. I believe it wont take much time, though 10th certificate can also be used as proof of birth provided it has the name of parents. I would still advice you to get new BC with her name.[/size]

In addition her name in the passport has changed post marriage. My surname "Kapoor" has been added. I am attaching the copy of the marriage certificate. Is that suffice??? [size=10pt][size=10pt]Sufficient[/size][/size]

You don't have any option but to communicate with NDVO. Request them for extension with the supporting (FBI link update information). VO generally accepts request if justified.

HELP !!

Got MR last night, but feel stuck. MY finger prints reached US this week(15-Sep), and their site is updated today stating "Due to sudden surge in the volume of request and IT systems update, expect 8 to 10 weeks processing time"

Delhi Visa office has given me a hard deadline to submit by PCC and medial by 31-Oct-2014 (Roughly 45 days notice)

So, clearly I have two choices;
1. Either negotiate an extension with Delhi visa office for US PCC submission
2. Somehow get FBI to deliver PCC within 30 days.

Reading on the internet, none of the above two seems doable.

Anybody out there had success being in similar situation. Everyday counts from hereon for me, so I really hope this note finds the attention of the right person who might have been in similar situation and sailed through fine.

Primary NOC 2011 Code: 2133
Payment Mode : CC(Citi Bank)_Also I had notified my Bank for the upcoming transaction from "IMMIGRATION CANADA FSW - SYDNEY NS.


QUERY 1:
My first query is that, what is the usual timeline for receiving the PER from the CIO ?
And when likely I should expect the same from CIO.


QUERY 2 :
My IELTS score was :
Listening - 7.0 Bands
Reading - 6.5 Bands
Writing - 7.0 Bands
Speaking - 8.0 Bands

So I had counted my total IELTS points based on the current score as "16 (4 points for each section)".
But I was reading someone had posted in the forum that we need to individually count the points based on score, which corresponds to
Listening - 7.0 Bands - 4 Points
Reading - 6.5 Bands - 5 Points
Writing - 7.0 Bands - 6 Points
Speaking - 8.0 Bands - 6 Points
This means I am having total "21 Points (4+5+6+6)". Please help to clarify me on this whether I am having 16 points or 21 Points as I am bit confused.

Man POS is point of Sale..

CIC is also POS. they dont wihdraw money.. so ur limit is 100000

2. New reference letter issued by supervisor at XXXXXXX Ltd. stating my working hours in addition to my job duties described in previous reference letter submitted.
3. An affidavit declaring my working hours in each company and reason for not getting the reference letter from all the employers stating employment type/ working hours.
4. Copy of birth certificate of principle applicant and spouse issued by Registrar of Birth & Deaths in the month of September and July 2014 respectively.

I reiterate my request to please include above mentioned documents to my original application and confirm the inclusion of the same and also update the status of my application.

Still did not hear any news about PER, As per bank update my dd was encashed on 22nd Aug and my file reached on 14th May. I can't really stop thinking of the part why its getting delay. Please could anyone suggest me what is the point of contact to know the status of my application either phone number or email address. Please guide me what are inputs i have to do if opt for Email or is it good to call them.I am from India. So please guys suggest over here.
