Hello Guys.... I have dispatched my documents today. Hope it will take another 4-5 days to reach CIC office.

My NOC code is 2173.... Any idea about till what date CIC has last counted the applications?

I read someone mentioned June 1st week.. Another person mentioned it as May last week... Any reliable source on this info?

What are my chances in falling with in the 1000 cap?

Please reply guys... I' worried.

May end is the correct date for CIC CAP update .... the worry is that over the next few weeks in June/July/Sep.... NOC2173 applications really picked up and added the most applications....

NOC2174 100 Applications between 28th May and 17th September (previously HOTTEST NOC)
NOC1112 37 applications between 28th May and 17th September (Previously 2nd HOTTEST NOC)
NOC2173 179 applications between 28th May and 17th September (Soon to be 2nd HOTTEST NOC)

This could be because a lot of people felt that NOC2174 would fill up sooner and started going for 2173..... I'm giving you a realistic picture here but I still think you should be in the CAP for the same ... although it could be touch and go ...

Dear guys,

1. Is it ok to staple 2 or more pages which are continuing. Like for example 2 pages of ECA, 2 or more pages of experience letter from one job, pages of an affidavit etc?

2. In the part where the principal applicants name has to be written in the mother tongue, it is unable to type or paste the script. Using Photoshop will affect the quality of the print. So is it OK to use Pen ?

1. not recommended. If you really want to bind them use simple paper clips.
2. Yes print out the document and enter native language name in pen

Hello..

The best option for you is to....

1. Immediately send finger prints.

3. Mark the address of someone you know in the US so that FBI can send the report their.

3. Pay for two copies, and mark two different adfesses both in the USA. Your known in USA can. Courier it to India.

In the meanwhile ask Delhi vo to consider the lead time and n obtaining the report.

HELP !!

Got MR last night, but feel stuck. MY finger prints reached US this week(15-Sep), and their site is updated today stating "Due to sudden surge in the volume of request and IT systems update, expect 8 to 10 weeks processing time"

Delhi Visa office has given me a hard deadline to submit by PCC and medial by 31-Oct-2014 (Roughly 45 days notice)

So, clearly I have two choices;
1. Either negotiate an extension with Delhi visa office for US PCC submission
2. Somehow get FBI to deliver PCC within 30 days.

Reading on the internet, none of the above two seems doable.

Anybody out there had success being in similar situation. Everyday counts from hereon for me, so I really hope this note finds the attention of the right person who might have been in similar situation and sailed through fine.

Hello Friends, I am post message for the first time.

This is related to work experience reference letter.
I worked for Company for 3-5 years as two designations system administrator and then as Senior Executive when this company is taken by another company. The second company give designation as Senior Executive to IT People.
Now our Parent company is closed and we are employed by the second company.
in this condition i cannot get the reference letter mentioning my job duties from my previous company so Thus my Experience will not be counted.

please help me on this

Are they asking all PCC or they are asking the remaining PCC that you have not send ?
