I assume this happened to you or other forumites?

Yes, people who already have UCI# are able to see their status after they are charged (even before PER). New UCI#s always take some time before they are live.

I wasn't paying much attention to my application for a while. I was surprise to see my CC charged today. Previously my application did not make in the cap in 2013 and in SK. I was not that thrilled this time.

It appears I may have other issue. I have quoted NDVO as my visa office. I live outside India and due to several reasons I will not be going there until the end of next year. Based on what I'm seeing things are moving so fast.

During the medical request is there a possibility that I can get the medical check done here or should I go only to India. Is there a hope for me ? Will hiring an attorney will help ?

Basically I just want to delay it by a year.

Congratulations. YOu can get your medical done any place where they have medical centers/doctors authorized by CIC. If your plans are to stay in the present country for more than a year, then you can request CIC to change your VO once you receive your PER.

I used my TWP UCI and nothing shows on ECAS :(

Guys,

I am a May 28th Applicant under NOC 2174. Still there is no CC charge. Should I mail CIC as 30th May applicants under the same NOC have got already?

Hi all,

Help, I'm having chest pain bc I think I majorly screwed up :o. I am a United States citizen, living and applying from the United States. I put NEW YORK down as my processing office on the application. I am looking at the CIC website now, and I think I should have put down OTTAWA instead. ARGH! Does anyone know what office US citizens outside of Canada are supposed to use?

I got my PER today...so I'm not sure what to do now if I did indeed put down the wrong office.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure if this can relieve your chest pains, but for all applicants from US and Canada, the visa office is CPC-Ottawa. CIC would take care of changing your visa office if they feel it was erroneous. This is not a GRAVE mistake and you should not be concerned.
