Tyler, do not get upset, think about those getting facing it. No one will do such deliberate attempt in rarest of cases..

There was an issue with the Bank certification letter I had included with my application and I had written to CIC asking them if I could mail them another one. I just received a reply a few minutes ago. My application was received at CIC on June 9.

Is the UCI mentioned by them relevant to my application? Can I quote this UCI# in further communications with CIC?

I have to resend my application (0711)should I submitted the whole new package or just change those forms which are updated since May 14 to till now.

Its only about the points? The JD are of my latest poistion (NOC 2173) still getting 11 points for same in case only this particular poistion is considered.

My file can be rejected on this basis?

I would advice you to be on safer side, get a fresh letter from your employer stating your job duties in each position held with specific period of time. Send the same as additional document with a cover letter stating the delivery details of your previous application name dob passport no etc. and request to add the fresh letter to your application.

Also send an email on the day your new letter is delivered at cio mentioning the courier details like waybill no. time received who received that courier ur passport number name dob etc attach a scanned copy in email also.

It better not to take any chance/risk. Only it will cost you the courier charge which very negligible compared ur case.

Looks like they have already evaluated your application and given it a UCI#. Send the additional document ASAP by mail and send them an email about the same too. What was the issue by the way?

Yes you can.

completness check before applications are put in queue for CC/DD charge... Also if he received the package back by mail, and as CIC uses regular post, that means, 9th June application were checked for completeness, some 15 or 20 days back to today approximatelty.

What do you others have to say? we have seen many such cases these past 2 weeks.... i also remember someone from June mid/end informing that his HR got a reference call for job duties .... :-\

The point I was trying tomake when I asked for evidence of the date forms were returned. That way, we can be sure if these forms were checked immediately after they were received by CIC
