Senoirs,

I just realized that in background delclaration I dint mentioned the address of a hotel where I stayed in USA when I visited there on B1 Visa for two weeks

However, I mentioned address where I stayed on other visa for more than 6 months.

Please let me know whether that two weeks stay in a hotel which I dint declared will create a problem.

From your post I understand you've already communicated with WES to have your assessment package upgraded to FSWP. Correct me, if wrong.

If so, then you just need to inform CIC about this. Did they provide you any option on how to revert to them? If not, then email them this information.

Yes, this is a "known issue" if you do not choose the FSWP package in the first place.

No, this wouldn't result in rejection of your application since you've already taken steps to rectify the mistake. Now you just need to focus on intimating CIC about the change.

yes, i already asked WES to change my order to FSWP ASAP(they need 2- 3 days). They will process and ask me to Pay more money....waiting for that to send me request to pay more.....

I do not know how will i communicate to CIC ( i have not got my UCI number yet ) which email ID i will communicate

You understand wrong. The web site is indeed confusing. However CIC takes its direction from the ministerial instructions, and those make it very clear that FSW runs until April 30, 2015, and that FSW and Express Entry will overlap for those few months.

My personal suggestion would be to send the email immediately with the UPS tracking number. This way if it all goes well and hoping that it will, they will use this tracking info to understand why you are sending the update to the file.

The best opinion can come from somebody who has already done and their updates were included in the initial application. There are a couple of guys I am sure I read on this forum who were successful in doing that but unable to track it now. If you have patience, you can probably search and send them private messages for attention.
