It's interesting but not uncommon. There will always be people that will hate immigrants from their gut. The most common reason is they think immigrants steal their jobs and ruin their community, which of course is not true. They have a problem understanding that an arts major doesn't fill a position needed in technology. In fact, some of the developed countries couldn't support their economies if not for economic immigrants.

True. Most of the posts are people 'demanding' that the Government train them and put them in jobs that would reflect the NOC skills. I mean its a debate that will never end so lets just drop it.

What palak is saying is that DD is 100% risk free. However if you are confident your CC will sail through (no possibility of loosing it, or any fraudulent transaction or CC getting reissued by Bank for any foreseeable reason in the future) ....go ahead... Looks like completeness check and Determination of +ve eligibility are 2 separate things with separate guidelines.

Makes sense and it works in our favor.

I don't think it is just completeness check, because if the cap is updated based on completeness and it is failed due to payment issue; will they revert the cap ?

YOur timeline is really interesting. YOur application reached on 6/12 and CIC already tried to charge your DD? That's unlike anything we have seen here. Does that mean update for DD charge takes almost a month to show up?

I feel like CIC made a mistake and sent you wrong email.

i have not received the returned application.......i am finding out the xerox copy of the draft.......then i will check whether it is expire date issue or something else

Completeness check includes successful payment. If the payment doesn't go through, then the application is incomplete. So the cap likely includes those with successful payment.

This is very much clear from last 2 months, a completeness check is made before charges.

My app was returned today and was received 9th june. It was returned as i forgot to put me diploma certificate and my manager didnt write my duties/responsibilities in the work letter. I will post it again this week, are my chances of making it still good, noc 3012

Sorry to hear that bellacanada. Yes, you can still reapply.... download the latest application forms and refill ... also send updated bank statements.

NOC 3012 is not that hot, so you are good, if you apply asap.... Good Luck.
