I know i am too late, but still wanna know if there is a chance to apply for FWSP of Canada?
When is the last date for submitting the application?
If still there is time then can anyone please share me the links where i can find the step by step process.

Hi,

My docket for NOC 1123 has reached CIC on 13th August, 2014 and as part of the docket, i have included the PCC which was issued on 9th June. Do you think we will be required to get the PCC again? BTW what is the validity of PCC issued in New Delhi?

hi guys,

i have been reading that pcc is needed in case you traveled to another country.

i stayed in Dubai for 3 months , was i required to send a pcc with my application ?

Pcc is requied if you stayed for more than 6 months in any country

Members,

While sending the application in Reference letter, I have mentioned below things -

- Letter is on company letter head
- signed by my supervisor
- has complete company address
- specific period since I am working in the company
- positions held and the time period
- annual salary against each position
- Working time [Her normal working hours are between 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with a 45 minute lunch break]. This is also mentioned in my offer letter which I have sent. [This is common for all positions]
- I have mentioned 9 bullet points summerizing my duties. this is again common. I have not mentioned duties for each position.

Is it okay? I am worried now. My application is received on 11th June.

Just a follow up question...What do you mean by Education copies? I did not receive a degree for that incomplete study. What do you suggest met to send along with my application?

I have a copy of my transcript, which is in russian. I can get it translated into english. Can I send the copy of my transcript along with notarized english translation? will that work?

No your file will not be processed by WES, if you do not provide Degree Certificate. As it is the foremost thing mandatory for evaluation.

my cousin applied last year and did payment thru visa card only, and he is landed in canada now.
i was planning the same way, but as now u raised, its bit confusing for me.

Dear,
CC sometimes fails when CIC tries, they have to go 3 attempts and after that they send the application back.
DD is safest, but its worth taking a week delay than CC.

Make sure the DD u get, is of 6 months validity.

Hi friend sorry to know that ur file is returned.... Can we know the reason behind it. When did u sent the file and when it was returned by CIC. How many days it got to get the file back. Did cic informed about returning ur file. Kindly share so that it helps others.
