Today i have got the request for additional documents regarding employment, I have worked for a big Indian MNC and submitted HR letter at the time of submission of my application.

Please provide your inputs on how to proceed this, do i need to send original or copy of the documents. What documents i can provide.

Here is the email:

Dear XXX XXXXX,
This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada.
I am now completing the assessment of your application for a permanent resident visa. It appears that you may not meet the requirements for immigration to Canada- specifically those requirements of sub-sections 80(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations as cited below.
80. (1) Points shall be awarded, up to a maximum of 15 points, to a skilled worker for full-time work experience, or the equivalent in part-time work, within the 10 years before the date on which their application is made, as follows:
(a) 9 points for one year of work experience;
(b) 11 points for two to three years of work experience;
(c) 13 points for four to five years of work experience; and
(d) 15 points for six or more years of work experience.
Before I make a decision, you have 60 days from the date of this letter to submit additional information relating to this requirement. Please ensure that you quote the application number indicated at the top of this letter on any information you submit
Please submit:
1- The individual job descriptions provided by your past manager or HR Department for each assignment given to you by XXXXX company for these periods. JAN 2005 to APR 2006, May 2006 to APR 2008, MAY 2009 to SEP 2011.
2- You may also submit any information or documents addressing the issue of concern as it applies to your case.
If you choose not to respond with additional information I will make my decision based on the information before me, which may result in the refusal of your application.
I look forward to receiving your additional information.

Prajay, i am not able to find your details in the spreadsheet. It would help us immensely if you enrol in the spreadsheet, the entry link can be found in my signature below.

First what is your NOC? When did CIC receive your application?

it seems to me that you had jobs under multiple positions/designation but wrote them all in the same category in the same reference letter. CIC now is asking to separate those and write them under individual categories for each time period.

Also if the job details are high level, make it a little descriptive.

You have to send this updated reference letter via courier along with this letter you have received and quoting the application number.

Also, how much time it will take for issuance of PCC and the process. My VO is New Delhi.

I think 1st Week June Apps still have chance even if u consider 150 apps on 22nd Sep Cap Update and 150 more on 29th Update.

Man I am 1 june and i am doubtful you shod start preparing new application for fast track..

You may obtain the PCC now so that it can be sent immediately once you receive MR & PCC request.

It takes 1 day to get the PCC in New Delhi. I think you can apply on line too.

If her experience of all 8 yrs fall under Skill A B 0 then all will be counted..

Yes you are claiming points for relatives then beolw docs are sufficient enough ..

I have not seen any such case reported 'CA Reha' My instinct says , it should be ok, as the documents you provided have the correct data and you are not trying to misrepresent anything here, but seem to have made some errors in entering the dates.

But again i would like you to take my inputs with a pinch of salt. Also post similar query in FSW 2013 forum, if someone had made a similar error and have received PER.

you shd send new credit card details asap to cic.
also ask bank to increase expiry date of old cc keeping active the new one too

The card expiry date is September next year but they have given me a new card hence the validity is only for 60 days from date of issue. I will send the new card details to CIC soon.

I want to apply under NOC 4214 Early Childhood educators under Assistant Educator, I have done 1 yr. regular Diploma in Nursery Teachers Training from DAV institute kindly advise me do i need to send only N.T.T. Diploma for WES Assessment.

Hello dear all

I've applied with my master degree and from the begining haven't sent my bachelor degree to wes ( didn't have access to the university). I have sent my wes report along with a copy of my master and bachelor degree and the transcripts. However, the bachelor hasn't been approved by wes.
You think it could cause a problem?

P.S I'm not claiming points for the bachelor.
