Hi All,

please help me to my questions and really I need your help.

i sent my pr application to canada for the code 2173 and reached on 4 June 2014 received by Glen. Till i now i have heard any thing from them and also DD is not encashed. DD Expiry time is 6 months and already 3 months complted. So still how much they will take to send me file number and also if did is expired then what to do. Also to whom i need to contact.

Please help me.

The card expiry date is September next year but they have given me a new card hence the validity is only for 60 days from date of issue. I will send the new card details to CIC soon.

Hi, I have faced the same problem as the bank has issued a new Credit Card with a chip. I had already contacted the bank but due to new RBI regulations, they cannot increase the validity. I have already contacted the CIC regarding the issue and have asked for their advise.

It seems many 29th May applicants have got CC charged.

Why not for me? I am a 28th May applicant

Cos you need to wait more, Waiting makes the results sweeter................
Anyway this is Bs, you will get CC charge notification within this week.

hello all forum members......
I have a query to all members regarding overall cap.....
As the overall cap is only 25000 it means only 25 or less NOC's are going to make it to final thousand subcap
means if an NOC is having 20 or 30 completeness checks/ files as shown by the CIC......they are also at the risk of cap fill...
So no one can say that any NOC is very safe......we must hurry up

Within sept, your DD will get charged so why worry at all.

Hi all,

I need to submit my medical & PCC to local visa office as per mail received by me earlier, however my consultant, a reputed firm in this field has asked me to submit my passport along the application.

I am confused as the mail received dosent mention any thing about passport

Please suggest should i send my passport or not?

Just follow the instructions of vo...no need to send passport if not requested by vo..

Sorry to interrupt but i can recall as per SS, at least 4 to 5 people have received MR from LVO, refer to SS for further details. Applicants having received MR from their respective VO are highlighted in Blue,

My relatives from Canada are sending the below docs :
A) photocopy of Canadian card notarised from canada
B) photocopy of last year notice of assessment notarised from canada.
C) photocopy of her birth certificate notarised from canada
D) orginals bank statement of past 3 months
E) original employment letter confirming her employment
F) original monthly bill.

Regarding orginals do I get them photocopied and get it attested from India or send the originals with the application? ?

I want to apply under NOC 4214 Early Childhood educators under Assistant Educator, I have done 1 yr. regular Diploma in Nursery Teachers Training from DAV institute kindly advise me do i need to send only N.T.T. Diploma for WES Assessment.

Is this category is still open?

To WES you will need to send your degree / post graduation FOR Selection Points. That will fetch you maximum points you should send. In case after secondary education, you have done only NTT Diploma, please do send Secondary education and NTT Diploma details.
The category is very much open till 30th April 2015!. You have all the time. Best regards!

But there is the overall cap which is 25000....so ensure you apply atleast by November end for 100% comfort!

Hi

Please advice shall i apply for PCC as I recevied the PER mail yesterday or wait for Medical mail from Local VO?

Also, how much time it will take for issuance of PCC and the process. My VO is New Delhi.

PSK take lot of time as appointment takes time though Police stations are quicker like 15 days.
