Today I got a mail from WES saying that
"In order for Citizenship and Immigration Canada to process your application, they will need to review your evaluation report through using WES’s online service. In order to allow CIC to access this service, you will need to order a duplicate report and select CIC as a recipient of your WES evaluation report.
If you are using the attached order form and want to pay by credit card, please fax the completed form to 416.972.9004"

What is this any idea??

Yes. I already called up my bank and they said that the only way to do it is to inform CIC of the correct validity date in which i don't have any idea what else to do aside from call & email. I've also asked if its enough that i will authorize the transaction since i am the cardholder and they said no since it was not a successful transaction. I've also noticed that i received the bank's msg 3 times in which the agent confirmed they indeed made 3 attempts in charging. I do hope and pray that they will try again and key in correctly all my payment details. Does anyone here have the same experience as mine? Please share your thoughts.

Did you try calling your bank and approving the transaction even if the validity date is wrong? there must be a way!! CIC will try more 2 times.

Hi !! can I know how did you fill up the form, i mean if you did not have your kids Passport... they number, expiry etc. I think there is a chance of rejection if they consider it as incomplete documents... but if you are in your home country and u mentioned that they dont have passport.. just an ID card.. then there is no issue.. u dont need to send it now

Not an acceptable excuse. If you apply for immigration, you HAVE to have passports. As travel document/passport are required documents for all family members the application will be rejected as incomplete. No ifs and buts.

But the OP should send the passport copies ASAP as additional documents (or a new application altogether).

Hey all, Though this question might seem silly I still wanted to get opinion from all of you, One of my friend has prepared his documents to apply for 1224 Property administrators and he would be posting it in 2 weeks. Is it too late to be applying ???

1st of all always remember no question is silly stupid or useless......now come to the point......till now according to cic website here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/complete-applications.asp noc 1224 accounts only 2 applicants...........so brother if ur friend even apply 30 april 2015, he still will be under cap............provided overall cap limits of 25000 is not filled.

Once it has been processed, an email notification for a payment request will be sent to you, you can then log into Check Status

I had been to at least 12-13 consultants, they just want the registration money before moving their lips and that too a minimum of 40-50 thousand rupees

Ok..Just give us some time. We will try to help, but apply your own logic also as we too are not experts and can make mistakes.
but first make a proper list of job duties..at least 6-7 points.

Another query

I signed my application in early June but it was sent to my Lawyer in Canada first and then might have got delivered in Late June or may be even in July start. In the meantime, CIC update Generic Application form IMM008 on 17 June 2014.

I am really concerned about what will happen to my application :-[

Which date does CIO treats as application date? Is it the date on which Forms were signed (in my case it was early June) OR the date on which package was delivered at CIO? Will they consider the old form if my application got delivered after 17th June OR in the month of July?

Would you suggest me to send us to fill in the updated forms and send it to CIO with cover letter? But I dont have any UCI# or any reference number.

Relax, this should be ok. your application will not be rejected.

Posting this again as no response received so far in last 100+ pages...

Getting reference letter from current employer /manager will adversly affect my job & pay.
I can get the same from colleague but he is not having his business card or letter head.

I plan to get reference email showing his company email address & signature in it. what other documents I should put to convince my case & not loosing points.
Also should I mention this reason, as I dont want CIC to approach my HR or manager for this reason, however everything is genuine & so I dont have nothing to hide.

Any successful applicant/consultant with similar case, pls suggest..

With my limited knowledge , I can suggest you to get the letter from your colleague. Business card is not mandatory but would be good if you could provide. Provide as many supporting documents as possible as per the checklist

To be honest I don't even know who came up with the idea of providing letters from colleagues on white paper. It was smart and is working like a charm .
