did you calculate points with 2 yrs experience or 1 year............

some time date they consider is the date of receipt of application........

but we could expect some leniency from their side.............

i hope they will take it as 2 yrs......

actually I have another one yewr exp. As prod. Engg and updated the same reference letter with job duties today.....so overall 3 yrs exp.

Hello guys. My mother's sister is settled in Canada for over 15 years now. I know that Birth Certificate of both is required for matching of parents names but they were both in the 50s and 70s, in those days BC were not available. So what documents can I attach to prove she's my aunt? Can I include their Matric or Intermediate certificates to prove common father with an explanation as to why BC are not provoded. Will I need to put the info on a stamp paper? Thanks in advance for replies.

Yes, 10th standard marks card could work, if for both the name, father's and/or mother's name and DOB is present. And yes, its best to have an affidavit explaining why BC is not there and they should consider this as proof of relation.

ohh... .till now i was thinking these numbers reflect apps recieved by CIC . By this means there will be huge number in each NOC waiting to be assessed. My app was received on 2 sept in NOC 0911...i hope i will make in the cap then..

I have PCC from India and it says following information
" This is to certify that there is no adverse information of _______ which would render him "ineligible" for grant of travel facilities including visa for CANADA.

I did not understand the word "ineligible" is this normal? candidates from India please verify this.

It means there is nothing that renders you ineligible.
Meaning that you are eligible. Remember 2 NO's make a YES

No need to worry. It is unlikely they are sending 700 per mail last week. This figures are most likely on the apps that passed completeness check. My assumption is completeness check is done till the mid June applications.

Only CIC and last years guys can tell this!

My IELTS TRF would arrive by this weekend. Also, some forms have been updated on the CIC website. Seniors, please advise if:

1. I should send the actual returned package as it is
2. I should prepare a new package and send it to Mr. XYZ as indicated

Don't worry you will be within CAP as only 46 apps has been received so far towards NOC 0911.

No. According to CIC, IELTS has to be valid on the day CIO receives your application. Application received date = lock-in date.

This is the case of Rohan.. who has been asked to re submit his application... he won his case

Credit Card charged - end of May
Postive determination email - 28th June
PCC, MEDICAL - 4th september
Invitation to Participate in CIIP ( Canadian Immigrant Integration Program) Session - 15th September.
