So you mean sir that any time this week there is a possible that our credit card will be charge? Why is it that the bank is not aware that they tried to transact our credit card? Thanks for rplying.

I'm not saying that they tried ... CIC works on multiple days for the same date... so your turn might be about to come ... your first charge will be when your CC is charged but doesn't mean that you will be first in queue according to CIC ... so wait till 24th... you will hear something ... I am hoping you could hear something tomorrow or even today ... best of luck !!

Hello Seniors,

I sent my FSWP application (NOC-2133) , it was delivered on Aug 20th to CIO Sydney (UPS). I realized later i have missed my PhD and B. Tech Diplomas and only sent original WES evaluation report. I have read that I can send the missing documents with an explanation letter and hopefully it gets attached with my original application. I have tracking number and who signed etc. information.

What is the e-mail address (I have read in few threads that I can send e-mail to CIC) to which I can send e-mail explaining my case ?

Is NOC-2133 considered hot NOC, till now it is 112/1000.

Hi guys,
In my reference letter for the current company, the managing partner is my immediate manager. I am already getting his signature and the seal which reads "For the xxx company, Managing Partner".
Do I still need to put a company seal which shows company address?

As long as the official letter pad, has all the address and contact details, another seal is not required. Get the date and sign.... All the best.

Reason for losing hope is that even the 28th May candidates are getting charged !! Mine is 8 days behind, still not update from CIC !! According to you by what date I should keep my hopes alive(& Reason for that) ? Please help !

One of my friends has got a PNP nomination; but he has also submitted application for FSW in July 2014, waiting for a response on it

1. At what stage he has to withdraw the application? At CIC or VO?

AT VO.

2. Who decides which application to withdraw?

YOU DECIDE..VO MAY SUGGEST.

3. Which is faster FSW or PNP for NDVO?
PNP has always been faster and technically has "priority" over fsw. But this year, the speed at which NDVO works..it is hardly a difference!

Please advice.
