Hello friends,

I am newbie and have recently submitted my application for FSW NOC 2174.

My application would reach the CIC on 18th September.

When I look at all the posts I feel nervous. I'm scared that by the time CIC checks my application, the cap might be filled.

The fellow members and seniors posts helped me a lot to complete the forms and documentation. Thanks a lot guys for helping people like me.

as per SS, still there are 14 apps & 4 fee charge pending from CIC,
POSITIVE to be u in there...so HOPE is ALIVE

and ya probably this week itself, lets wait till CIC starts back from weekend...

CIC works on multiple days for the same date... so your turn might be about to come ... your first charge will be when your CC is charged but doesn't mean that you will be first in queue according to CIC ... so wait till 24th... you will hear something ... I am hoping you could hear something tomorrow or even today ... best of luck !!

I am so stressed sir. Hopefully I will some great news from my application. Thank you so much sir for accomodating. You're such a great man.. God bless to us..

Yes I am at NDVO ... Got per on 13/8 and Got MR on 15/9

You are right that it is a close call. But I think there are many still trying to fill the forms...so you are definitely ahead! all the best!

I wish I had given the CC details instead of DD ...I would have heard something from CIC this week... :)

Anyways, I hope I will get good news by next week or the week after !!!!

GuDLuk with ur upcoming news,
u hv done nothing wrong in sending DD, perhaps it is much safer. u can afford a week delay. :)

LVO is very slow compared to NDVO.
I think LVO staff should drink some RED BULL !

Thanks so much...Did you get any call as a background check??....To be honest My manager contact number has changed and freaked out..not sure if they call what will happen..Please let me know

To what extent the background check is done? I mean do they visit all addresses and confirm your stay their?

You are right....And thats what I thought while sending DD, tht a week's delay is better than taking risks which r involved with CC....

But, at tht time I did not realize that this 'wait' is going to be so killing :) ...

although i m lovin' this thrill - "app will be accepted" or "app will be rejected" ...hehe ;D
