I have a big problem, My Manager who gave me the reference letter Moved to london and changed her phone# and wrking for a client. What are the chances of verification? If they couldnt reach my manager will they try calling me for a check? Or will it be straight rejection....I have seen a case where my cousin last year didnt had any verification and now he is in Canada...Please let me know your input.

Yes. The petition documents will be useful..and an affidavit highlighting your job roles. Get some communication from HR that they can't provide such detailed reference letters. That will add completeness. All the best!

It needs to be from the company or duties attested to by a supervisor or manager
