How do CIC decides, what is my NOC ?

I have a HR letter which says i have been a System Analyst for last 3 years + and being transferred to US. This letter is dated Last year..


Or I have my relieving letter, from my other prervious organization, which states my Designation as Software engineer. ( Reliving Letter)..
It does not states my Job responsibilites.


I can project myself for both 2173 and 2171... . .What is the evaluation criteria for CIC / Visa Processing Center?
I cant go to my HR to give a detail for my current job responsibilities... This sort of request is not entertained.

I report directly to Senior Managing Director of My Global Consulting Firm... , I cant request any Job responsibilty letter from him... .

Please advice...

As per ur suggestion, I called the KG marg office. They told me that they would need a acknowledgement mail from CHC to send in second copy and when I told them that it might take time, they said they cant issue second copy without acknowledgement.

How did u apply?

I called and then went in person with ID and explained my situation

Is it okay I had not put the Barcode Pages on the top & did not put a cover letter..??

As they have mentioned in the Document Checklist to use "Document Checklist" Page
as a cover letter for the application.

Please advise..!!

It doesn't matter which order it is in as along as all documents are sent with your application

Hi Seniors,

I have a big problem, My Manager who gave me the reference letter Moved to london and changed her phone# and wrking for a client. What are the chances of verification? If they couldnt reach my manager will they try calling me for a check? Or will it be straight rejection....I have seen a case where my cousin last year didnt had any verification and now he is in Canada...Please let me know your input.
