This is what I would do:

Asset: bank statement + car value
Liability: Yet to be paid car loan
Settlement fund : bank statement

And, what should I provide as evidence? The car loan remaining debt for liabilities? And for the car value? Or I don't need to add any document to that, because I already have more than the amount required?

Perfectly ok...as long as totally you are able to garner 67 points from 6 selection factors. Look at the link below.

Thank you for the information and the reference

Getting reference letter from current employer /manager will adversly affect my job & pay.
I can get the same from colleague but he is not having his business card or letter head.

I plan to get reference email showing his company email address & signature in it. what other documents I should put to convince my case & not loosing points.
Also should I mention this reason, as I dont want CIC to approach my HR or manager for this reason, however everything is genuine & so I dont have nothing to hide.

Any successful applicant/consultant with similar case, pls suggest..

Need your suggestions..

I am planning to go to Canada in 2015 for PG studies. Moreover, I am also eligible under a FSW job category where chances of acceptance still remains feasible.

The concern: If I apply under FSW 2014 PR option, what are my chances of getting a student visa in 2015 considering the fact my FSW 2014 application also under process.

Dear Seniors,

The delivery date of my application to CIC is May 23, 2014 according to Fedex but when I checked ECAS, its says IN PROCESS and there is only one line which says " We received your application on May 22nd, 2014). Which date is correct?
I have not received PER yet and I am start worrying about it because many May 22nd or May 23 applicants received their PERs. How long should I wait before start worrying too much? Actually, I will start preparing new application soon just in case. Any thoughts

I think CIC quotes 30-40 business day response to emails

Mikey, refer this link for the post from Century :

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/fsw-2014-applicants-timeline-lets-network-here-t199004.62385.html

Maybe you can send an email with the subject "Follow up required" if you think you should have got your PER by now / or are having trouble logging on to check the status.

You need to show evidence only for settlement fund (that is your bank account). No evidence is needed for asset or liability.

Helloooo

Hope all is good. My husband is applying for NOC 4011, We are applying hopefully 25 of October if all goes well, do you think we have a chance? Also we are a bit confused with the translations of all documents, all our documents are in spanish and have to be translated to english, do our documents have to be signed and stamped by our legal translator or do they have to be signed by somebody else aswell, also when CIC says copies not originals do we have to send copies of translated document and copy of original document in spanish? Those copies have to be certified?

Thank you so much for your help, you do a great job supporting all of us.

Guys I am done with medicals sent rprf and pcc in May ,, when can I expect ppr,, are files moving fast in NDVO? Did anybody get ppr after medicals who applied in 2014?

I emailed the NOC group team for help on NOC code matching with my duties and responsibilities. Got their response. Can I possibly include this assessment or guide from them to my application?
