yes I'm Egyptian and live in Egypt.

I sent from a POP3 client (work mail) and it went through.

on Gmail, you need to change the settings as follows, go to the settings page, on General tap scroll to the bottom and check "Avoid UTF8..." option, save and send it will go through.

If someone has given you a +1, then he needs to wait for at least a week before he can again give you +1. This is restricted by system and is called karma.

thank you a lot CanOl for reply but the problem am so worry as my NOC. and VO passed 20 may also i made an alternative file "as am rarely back home " for any case like that and if the file return i will send the other without waiting it back .. anyway is that normal delay or something went wrong .. thank you so much and wishing you all the best god bless you and all your next steps wishing you be in canada before 2014 end and fulfill all your dreams.

I think in all cases you can send, nothing to lose with this email. They clearly stated that, after 10-12 weeks if the applicant doesn't hear a feedback, he can contact the CIO to check the status of his/her file. Just mention all your details so that they can recognize your file, (NOC, Full Name, Received Data, Person whoe received, ...etc).

Since I have been working as a sales tax inspector from 5 years
Do I qualify for the NOC??
