I Suggest you send your file as its ready... u will not lose anything..first u will fall in the CAP, i am sure, even if your file gets return.. u still will be applying for Express Entry in 2015 start so just ring the courier... get it delivered buddy

as per SS Pessimistic estimate (Also assumes that FSWP 2014 ends on Dec 31, 2014.)

what does this mean , is that estiamte too much Pessimistic? or i should expected cap to be filled as per the SS

I am an IT professional with NOC code 2171. I sent my original WES report along with copies of educational credentials in the application.

I have also done some certifications which I mentioned in the educational section of the application but I have not sent copies of certification certificates. Will that be a problem?

Do this mean 2171 already filled?

Please Advise ASAP as im planning to send my file by oct?

NO WAY..why this sudden jump.? :-\

This NOC was not that quick quite recently.

1. They will return it with a cover letter. You can also know the status of your file by sending them an e-mail

2. They will send e-mail. Note that NER's are not common. Most probably they do this when someone don't meet the minimum pass mark 67. In this case , they will also return it. There is no reason for them to retain it.

Payments are not returned once the completeness check has been done and the file has been found OK to be placed forward for processing (eligibility check).

Thank you for your reply, however for point 2, if the eligibility check is negative (not eligible), I think they initiate a refund but of course it will take a while till it reach the applicant's account. My question, is there specific cases in which they won't refund the payment?

i don't know what happened i need any one to confirm is SS Data is true ? this is mean Cap filled?
