Is it normal, in my case, that my application is received on 12th May, in the ECAS system is written that my application is "In process" and that is received by CIC on 12th May but I still didn't received my PER. I left them my e-mail so they should send it by mail I think.

So what do you think? Is there is some problem with the application or something else is causing this delay?

Should I contact CIC by e-mail or some other way and ask them or I should wait more?

To be honest it's starting to frighten me that something is wrong Embarrassed

Is it possible the email was caught in your spam filter? or you gave them an incorrect email address?

Thanks for the answer bro but I always check my spam folder and nothing yet and the address is correct.

In the travel history form, do I have to write all my travels within the last 10yrs even some of them have no proof because the immigration from a foreign country for example did not stamp my passport?

Sorry for all the questions. I think my consultant has decided to screw me for there can be no other reason for so many errors. And to think I have spent 80k on them :|

My wife was refused dependant visa for the UK but was subsequently issued one after reapplying and she was living and working in UK. We have to mention this rejection in Schedule 3. Will it create a problem?

I am applying under 3142 which is the code for physios but my designation is not physio. It is physical rehab specialist. My consultant has mentioned

1) Working as physical rehab specialist, however roles & responsibilities are correlated to physical rehabilitation therapist. Is this correct? Can we write something like this?

2) In the job description he has mentioned, refer to reference letter. Can we do this?

3) In intended occupation he has mentioned physical rehabilitation therapist. Shouldnt it be Physio?

Please please please help

I exactly don't recall the members but last week they announced that they got mr from sgvo, those were 2 applicants. its not like ndvo....mr raining everywhere........but atleast sgvo started their work.

I think your misunderstood between MR and AOR. I don't see any record of MR from sgvo.

Hi All

Certain forms are not applicable to me such as Use of a representative and declaration of common law union.

Question:

1. Do I still need to attach these blank forms and write 'Not applicable' on them? Or just mail the application without these non applicable forms?

2. If I am claiming points for work experience, can the work experience be outside of Canada?

Here on this forum i see ppl who left some errors in their applications are advised to resend the docs with a covering letter. my question is how could possibly cic who receive like thousands of applications would be able to attach those docs to the original application since there is no reference no. provided to us at the time of receiving? i mean like these are not electronic applications these are thousands and thousands of papers at cic we r talking about...

Hi seniors,
I am totally confused. About my question that I have just asked before. I cant understand the answers.

Today I just got a letter from CIO that they returned my application as federal skilled worker because I hadn't send copy of foreign educational certificate accompany with my WES report (I had just sent the WES report) .
Now I need to know how I should reapply?
1) Should I just prepare a reference letter together with my educational translations and resend them without any change in other application forms?
2) If I have to update or change any application forms, what should I renew?
3) What about my Police certificate/job letter/financial report of bank? Should I renew them? Because at least they have 2 months for validity. Sad Huh

No signature is required for DD. DD is like cash. Cash don't require signature.

Coz in section A which is for dd paying mode theres no place to sign and section B is for credit card payments which says signature of cardholder.

So I just wanna double check if i made a mistake by not signing it. Or its okay..

Just observing people querying about PCC issues.

Kindly provide your inputs for the following


1) My wife is the primary applicant, we are currently staying in Gurgaon but her passport was issued on her parental address (Jaipur). Her parents currently stay there.

2) About me: My new passport was issued from Gurgaon in may 2013 but i have changed that address in March this year.

Based on the above info, please guide me as what are the possible issues that may occur while applying for PCC and how to prepare for that.
