for a min i thot i was in a labour room .. all those pushes and huffs... :P :P :P

Congrats to all who "delivered" the 5000th page!!

This time ( waiting time) is no less than pregnancy time...1st trimester ppl enjoy wait period for "per" after that they are restless for 2nd trimester till "MR" which makes them more excited for final good news ... Few get complications and deliver Lill late "c-section" ( interview) / few made mistakes in while conceiving ( mistakes in forms n paper work ;) )

But I wish in the end ... Each and everyone shares "good news" and makes it easy for others to go through these labor pains ;)

Hi All

I have the following questions about FSW documents:

1. My national ID card is in my local language. Do i need to get it translated ? Is it compulsory to submit ID Card ( bearing in mind that I am already providing my passport and birth certificate)

2. Is it compulsory to attest copies of all documents ( e.g. passport, work experience letter?).

Thanks

No worries...There is no way you can apply for NOC 0124 in FSW 2014. Better match your job description with 1123. This NOC is a cold one so you have all the time to catch up.
Thanks Daniel! Thats a big help, buddy. +1 to you.

Thank you for your helpfull response.

So, I can conclude that I hav to wait for my IETLS result which should be by 1st of Nov'14 and then in 2-3 days I would be filling my app which is 4-5th Nov'14.

So how safe do you see for filling in 1st week of Nov'14 for NOC 2173

Also experts apologies for spamming but please someone asnwer 2nd part of my question in previous post regarding consultancy (opinion)

Also, I am applying through consultancy to who i have paid 55K and they still say dont worry we can file in 1st week of No'14 once u have ll docs and IELTS ready with you, you will be safe for NOC 2173 that time as well, is that true or they just giving me false hope as I apid only 28K and rest I am paying after 1month.

Please give m brief suggetion, as I desparate about this PER for Canada.?
Please giv me view on consultancy as well as they said many people make mistakes in file and they gets rejected so u hav chance in No'14 as well as we will file ur application properly

I wonder how this consultancy is so confident about your apps
I will say "you may take your chance in this game" but I will make sure that U will understand that there is no evidence your apps will be under Cap!

A quick analysis of SS and CIC data about NOC2173, right now, CIC processed 242 apps. within the 23 days of May (from 01 to May23).
If this trend goes the same, it would have taken them about 100 days (>03 months) to close the processing of the 1000 apps of NOC2173. Which means that NOC2173 have already been closed about the first 1/2 of August!

But when we take a frwd look to SS data, we notice that the of apps have significantly decreased since June on. So, It may be reasonable also to say that the above trend won't be replicated for subsequent apps under NOC2173!

Whatever, my advise is to perform another analysis of both CIC data about NOC2173 just before sending ur apps. (1st wk of Nov). it will give an updated about ur chances and help U to decide!

Hope U the best!!

It is 1) PCC 2) MR 3) Fees 4) Passport

As far as CIC concern, it should not be an issue.

For PCC, try to manage your local authority. ;) ;) ;)

Thanks Century for reply,

Can you help me with the sequence of next events? Shall it be

1) MR 2) PCC 3) Fees 4) Passport? or

1) PCC 2) MR 3) Fees 4) Passport?

I am asking since i will also have to arrange PCC from India while i am here in germany.

Also I do not have my wife's name in my passport so will it be a problem for PCC? I have seen some cases where police are creating problems

Thanks

Hi oscar.. my ecas status updated..

2 nd line

We started processing of your application on 10/09/2014

Congrats...

ID card is recommended to be submitted. If it is non-english, get it translated by certify translator. Also provide ID copy attested.

If any documents are in English, attestation is not required at all.

Hi,

I am applying in about a week under 2171. I have applied for my Marriage Certificate and it will be coming in a Month. So, I have a Legal Affidavit which I will be sending and meanwhile once I get the Marriage Certificate I would send a copy or can provide to VO.

Second thing, is I have about 40% of my funds in my Savings Account and rest 60% on PF (Provident Fund), so few folks have told me that I could show both together and I see in the SpreadSheet that for couple of people they have got the PER after showing the POF from their PF account.

third thing, is our HR refused to provide me the Roles and Responsibilities letter, so I got my roles and responsibility attested by a Senior colleague and also have the HR mail where she says about the policy for not providing the Roles and Responsibilities, but I have the Employment letter provided by her in the Company's letter head.

I need your response or feedback on these points - Do anyone see any issue or I should go ahead and leave the rest to God and CIC.

Regards,
Shahid

Shahid,

ok for your points on marriage certificate, POF and employment ref letter. no issues. go ahead.

2171 NOC is relatively COLD. You can still make the cut. All the best !!

Hi Guys!!

Congrats to all the guys who received MR and RPRF. All the best to the guys who are waiting eagerly.

I have received my PER on 18th August(9th May applicant) and am looking forward for the MR/PCC mail. I have a query regarding PCC. I stay in Bangalore and I have already taken an appointment at the nearest PSK. But I got to know from one of the posts on this thread that in Bangalore PCC is only given for the period of stay of your current residence address. But would that be enough? In my case it would cover a period of 4-5 years. What about the remaining which would be around 30 years? I had taken an application from the Police Commissioner's office in which I was asked to mention very clearly the period for which I am seeking clearance and provide residence proof for the same. So am confused here.

Can the experienced guys help me out here? Thanks a lot in advance

Please help with this query around CC charge. How does CIC charge on CC? What all things I need to take care of to ensure transaction is not declined? I hold an HDFC bank Indian credit card which is enabled for international transactions and I've set the limit as Rs. 100,000. Thanks in advance.
I have very bad experience with hdfc cc .. Pls activate SMS services and make sure you call them everyday once your expected "due date" comes nearby

All the best
