Hi,

I am applying in about a week under 2171. I have applied for my Marriage Certificate and it will be coming in a Month. So, I have a Legal Affidavit which I will be sending and meanwhile once I get the Marriage Certificate I would send a copy or can provide to VO.

Second thing, is I have about 40% of my funds in my Savings Account and rest 60% on PF (Provident Fund), so few folks have told me that I could show both together and I see in the SpreadSheet that for couple of people they have got the PER after showing the POF from their PF account.

third thing, is our HR refused to provide me the Roles and Responsibilities letter, so I got my roles and responsibility attested by a Senior colleague and also have the HR mail where she says about the policy for not providing the Roles and Responsibilities, but I have the Employment letter provided by her in the Company's letter head.

I need your response or feedback on these points - Do anyone see any issue or I should go ahead and leave the rest to God and CIC.

As per my WES evaluation report, my bachelors’ degree from a recognized institute is equivalent to Canadian 3 years bachelors (not 4 years). Am I eligible to apply, does one need to have at least 4 year equivalent Canadian bachelors or does it only lower the score.

2171 NOC is relatively COLD. You can still make the cut. All the best !!

Perfectly ok...as long as totally you are able to garner 67 points from 6 selection factors. Look at the link below.

This time ( waiting time) is no less than pregnancy time...1st trimester ppl enjoy wait period for "per" after that they are restless for 2nd trimester till "MR" which makes them more excited for final good news ... Few get complications and deliver Lill late "c-section" ( interview) / few made mistakes in while conceiving ( mistakes in forms n paper work )

But I wish in the end ... Each and everyone shares "good news" and makes it easy for others to go through these labor pains

Looking at the timelines in spreadsheet, it will take over 100 days (~110) before you're charged fee and then 10 or so days after that for PER so be patient and wait for another 50 days or so.

You can apply. Points for education will be 21 in your case. make sure you get another 46 or more points in the other areas to make the total 67 or higher.

Hi prishad, is your wife self-employed? If yes:
First, check if her job duties match 60% of the chosen NOC.
If Self Employed, get as many reference documents which proves her work, even if she gets cash as payments, there should be some documents maintained about her payments she received right? Like 3 years Income Tax returns, also can include CA certified Balance Sheets and PNL statement.
Self attested job duties in this case and get this notarised. include as you said, business card and website details etc.

You can refer CIC website for the steps of PR process and the timeline is dependent on the VO you apply for.

Thanks a lot for the reply .. Well yes the duties match to the NOC as Therapist is a example title in there .. And she was paid not much amount .. Round about 9000 rs monthly .. As psychologist get paid approximately the same amount at a Bachelors level .. And she wasnt self employed she worked and got trained under a Psychologist/ therapist .. Could you please elaborate whats LOV? I read quite a few people talking about LOV .. But not familiar with this term .. Thanks .

1123 NOC is very very very very very cold.

Apply and you will be in CAP for sure.
