I think, you are good to go ahead and leave rest for almighty. Just add a cover letter also for explaining about marriage certificate and not providing letter head.

Hi,

I am applying in about a week under 2171. I have applied for my Marriage Certificate and it will be coming in a Month. So, I have a Legal Affidavit which I will be sending and meanwhile once I get the Marriage Certificate I would send a copy or can provide to VO.

Second thing, is I have about 40% of my funds in my Savings Account and rest 60% on PF (Provident Fund), so few folks have told me that I could show both together and I see in the SpreadSheet that for couple of people they have got the PER after showing the POF from their PF account.

third thing, is our HR refused to provide me the Roles and Responsibilities letter, so I got my roles and responsibility attested by a Senior colleague and also have the HR mail where she says about the policy for not providing the Roles and Responsibilities, but I have the Employment letter provided by her in the Company's letter head.

I need your response or feedback on these points - Do anyone see any issue or I should go ahead and leave the rest to God and CIC.

Please help with this query around CC charge. How does CIC charge on CC? What all things I need to take care of to ensure transaction is not declined? I hold an HDFC bank Indian credit card which is enabled for international transactions and I've set the limit as Rs. 100,000. Thanks in advance.

you've done your bit just wait for your CC to get charged. International transactions with credit limit of Rs 100,000 sounds like all you can do. Just make sure you keep your card safe

1) PCC 2) MR 3) Fees 4) Passport?

I am asking since i will also have to arrange PCC from India while i am here in germany.

Also I do not have my wife's name in my passport so will it be a problem for PCC? I have seen some cases where police are creating problems

Thanks harryp. I've read somewhere that people had their transaction declined even after all this because their bank detected the international transaction of this high value as fraudulent so wanted to check what else can be done to make sure that doesn't happen in my case. Thanks again.

Hi Guys

I promised that i will share my silly mistakes I did while sending my application. my CC got charged yesterday.. lets hope for the PER now

1. I am working in Saudi Arabia so I did not write London as a visa office, i wrote Abu Dhabi ( which does not deal the immigration applications)
2. I did not put the bar code page on the top, I found it weired as the application was having page number accordingly
3. My birth certificate and my spouse BC has a spelling error of "E" instead of "I" and "I" instead of "E". even pronounciation is same i did not attach any covering letter to it.
4. I forgot to write the names in native language in one of the forms
5. The main duties column was left blank it was so small to accomodate my JD so I ignored it and I said, I already have my reference letters attached
6. My wife was appearing in IELTS on 7th June but I had to send my application on 28th May, so I wrote a note on simple paper, that I am checking the box that my wife is proficient in english and is going to appear in IELTS on 7th June, attached the receipt of it and promised to send them the result later, which i did not send yet, as I am having enough points and did not have UCI #, so I thought I will send it to the LVO once asked for update of documents.
if i remembered any more, il let u know... the reason i am writing this is that CIC ignores small mistakes.. so nothing to worry about specially the guys who have just sent applications and than realized ooohhhh i miss this and that

This NOC is not listed in FSWP 2014 accepted NOCs. Maybe you're referring to 1123 Professional occupations in advertising, marketing and public relations.

Oops...thanks for pointing it out.
Still....i check the NOC list of 2011 (which is indicated as the reference point for NOC in FSWP 2014), 0124 exists...and my job description matches with that.
1123 is also present, matching a bit with my job description, however, 0124 is the closest! Pls advise!

Bro can you confirm if your cc / dd was charged on 28th August.

They assessed my points to be 66 and rejected the app.

Qualification :B.Eng
Age : 34
Experince :10+
Can some cross check and tell me the points?

Hi Dagocanada,

Request for PCC, Medicals and RPRF (permanent resident fees) will come together. Passport request at later stage.

Regarding your next question, if you have to do PCC from India then please start the procedure ASAP. The procedure is very time consuming in some cities like Mumbai.
