I have sent my docs to Canada for F s w under n o c code 1113 .

1. My agent forget to send form no 5620 my payment mode is dd but i send correct fee of 1250 cad . my file reached to Canada on 19/08/2014 . What to do now.

2. Does i required to send form,or can i send this Form 5620 to CIO to attach in my file or not,What will happen with my application.

3. Morever i have read in some post Birth Certificate is req.my agent told me to attach marriage certificates else nothing is req like any affidavit .

4.I am Stock broker as a self employed N o c code 1113 . I send my registration no with National Stock Exchange on Letter Head from my company Angel broking ltd statening that i am registred as sub broker with National Stock Exchange. from xyz date .

5. Self declared duties self attested are sent with file with my Income tax returns and Form 26 A S T D S certificates is in file is that sufficent proof for my occupation ?

One more question, should I wait more time before getting this PCC??, since I already sent my application (August 22nd) and probably it won't be processed until December.

In that case you still have plenty of time. Your PER will come sometime around Mid Nov-early Dec.
Nevertheless you can apply now or in some time for the PCC so that you have the PCC readily available once PER is recd.

Oh boy, soo many problems with your application even after using a consultant!!

1) the form is required. YOu can probably send it as an addition and ask CIC to add to your application.
2) Birth certificate IS required. Marriage certificate DOES NOT fulfill this requirement. An affidavit from your parents or your 10th certificate if it has the parents' name and your DOB would have been ok.
3) I am not sure on self-employed individual, but I think the self-declared duties should be accompanied with someone else's affidavit (someone who can confirm your duties).

Hi I am 28may applicant (1112). My cc is not charged yet. This pr is very imp for me. My husband is in Vancouver doing his masters and I am here with my 6m old baby. This is the only way we can join him. Pls pray for me. I feel like crying...

for B c what are the option will they consider my secondary school certificate with D O B parents and and mine full name on it
