For birth certificate, you will need to send both:
1) Original translated copy
2) A copy of the original, non-translated version.

It was not clear from your list what you did.

I notarized the translated birth certificate. isn't that okay ?

OK Mr. Predictor, can you read the crystal ball for me baba :)

Noc 2281 and application should arrive by the 10th of October :o

Zaydoov,

This is a relatively cold NOC in comparison to 2174 and 1112. So honestly no need of the crystal ball. Anyways, here we go.

As per spreadsheet 39 members out of 138 for NOC 2281 have been charged fees or in further advanced stages.

CIC site mentions 139 nos. to date. (around 28% representation for this NOC on this forum which is more or less in line with our estimates)

There are 99 members as per SS who have either already submitted their applications or are about to submit their applications, but not yet charged. You will be submitting your application by 10th October. Entries in june were 30, July were 18, in Aug were 15, So expected for Sept is around 12 and for Oct expected upto 10th Oct will be 3-4 entries. So 99+12+4=115 entries. Extrapolating, as per 28% representation for this NOC, we get around 411 candidates who will not have not been charged till 10th Oct hypothetically.

139 + 411 = 550..... (Estimates have been taken for Sept and Oct applications recd at CIC)

Comfortably making it even if you apply by 10th October, like I told you bro.

for B c what are the option will they consider my secondary school certificate with D O B parents and and mine full name on it

Yes, if the certificate has the name of both parents and your DOB, that's acceptable. But send it along with a coverletter explaining that it is to show your DOB.

Hello

I have a confusion,i want to apply in fsw with arranged employment.I am already working in canada with arranged employment LMO based in NOC 0621 from last 5 months.

But my experience which is in NOC B is not the same as of arranged employment and not in the Eligible 50 occupations.

I want to know should the arrange employment matches with the work experience,Because it is not written anywhere on cic website.

Thanks....

That's ok but not enough. You should still send a copy of the original (non-translated) birth certificate. Did you do that?

Hi All,
I would like to share an awesome news with awesome people here:

Payment mode: CC
NOC: 2171
Date application received: 28 May 2014
Date new CC details received by CIO (sent by me because old Credit card blocked by BofA): 5 June 2014
Payment charged: 12 September 2014 12:31pm Eastern Time
(Email received from BofA: "We're letting you know your credit card was used for a transaction without swiping it through a machine. This means the transaction was made online, by phone or mail, or at a physical location where the retailer keyed in your card number.

Here are the details of the credit card charge:
Amount: $1,006.30
Merchant: CITIZENSHIP IMM FSW
Transaction date: 09/12/2014

The amount shown above is what the merchant initially submitted. The final amount posted to your account may vary based on the final information received from the merchant.
You can sign in to Online or Mobile Banking to review your account activity. If you don't recognize this charge, please call us at 1.800.732.9194.")

Following is the description of transaction on my credit card account online:
"CITIZENSHIP IMM FSW
Transaction date: 09/12/2014
Card type: Visa
Transaction type: Temp Auth / Pending Pymt
Reference number: TEMP"

I called BofA and confirmed. They said that this transaction has been approved.

Thank God and thanks to the experts on this forum that my amount got deducted even though the original CC was blocked. Payment has been charged against my new CC.

Being a 28 May applicant, I was not expecting any action before next week but thankfully got the good news today!!!! HAPPY WEEKEND..PARTY TIME!!

Will update the spreadsheet soon.

WOW!!!! SUPERB NEWS!!!! Congratulations and +1

Haven't you already sent your application?

Anyways, for arranged employment category the NOC does not have to be in the 50 list (we told you this yesterday too). But you do have to have at least one year of continuous and full time, paid experience in your arranged employment NOC to be able to apply under FSW. If you don't have it then you can look into provincial nominee options, or wait until one year is over and then apply.
