There should be some logic right?? when 22nd May applicants are going on - 13th May and 14th may are still waiting in the queue..

What could be the reason??

I gotta be CIC officer to know the reason lol But until you get your file back on your hand you have to wait for your PER or reply to your email if you sent to CIC!

There could be many reasons - one i could think of is different officers assigned to different files - may also be NOC related to ensure reference letters/employment docs pass completeness check.

Ofcourse, there could also be reasons that relate to negative result, but then nobody can be sure of this either. So, since someone has waited for so long, a little bit of more patience would help. And if somebody wants to send an enquiry in the meantime, they can do that as well.

Hi,

I'm 30 July applicant for NOC 1111.

I have just realised that I have not included a copy of my degree certificate with my WES report.

Will my application be returned or will they request the notarised copy when they working through my application?

Sorry to say bro, but ur application would be rejected....a friend of mine apied under civil engineer, his file reached 16may, got his papers back on last week of august with same reason...so now he again sent his file with dmc's...
Can u mail them today itself through fedex??
With covering letter??.....do it, jst give it a try...

I have some money invested in shares as well which i need to show so that i MEET THE MIN. funds requirement (HOW CAN I SHOW THIS MONEY)?

and my NOC is 2147 last year and CIC themselves changed it to 2173 this year. so I applied under 2173.

Is there a diferrent section in NDVO to handle the applications from Nepal or the same section will process all the applications. One of my friend from Nepal of 7th may has received MR request 2 days before. eagerly waiting for NDVO's response towards 9th may applicant !!

yes i made my dd from axis bank n it was encashed on july 24 a per PER

Per my understanding, you need reference letters only for the positions that you are claiming points for. If you are not claiming points for the current employment, then you should be good to submit whatever you have just(to establish your personal history, with no expectations of points).

My previous employment is for 1 year only.
My current employment is for 1 year and 4 months now.

And I need to claim overall work experience points for atleast 2 years to qualify.

So I need to claim points for my current work also.
WILL I NEED REFERENCE LETTER IN THIS CASE.?
