Can't be sure of anything but you can send inquiry email to CIC. They will respond you in a month or so.
But I think you should get PER email soon.

When was your CC/DD charged? if you didn't specify email probably you might get a hard copy in mail...as happened to someone in forum

I am claiming points for 1 year of job (ex-employer)--->NOC category opened.
Second year of experience I shall claim points on my current job (present employer)---->NOC not open but JD matches.

It doesn't really matter in which state or country you are in, All is based on app received date and your documents.

Don't worry bro, Even I had this issue. When 10th May were processing and I was 8th May applicant. I got my PER late.
Don't loose hope. Keep trust on god and you'll have your PER soon in your inbox!

There should be some logic right?? when 22nd May applicants are going on - 13th May and 14th may are still waiting in the queue..

What could be the reason??

Per my understanding, you need reference letters only for the positions that you are claiming points for. If you are not claiming points for the current employment, then you should be good to submit whatever you have just(to establish your personal history, with no expectations of points).

I shall be applying on the basis of my previous job (2011-2012) since my JD matches with the NOC that is open this year.
I have the appointment letter, experience letter and reference letters.

From my present employee: (2013-Present)
I just have an appointment letter that mentions my salary, hours/week, full job description.
DO I NEED A REFERENCE LETTER from my present employee as well?
