Got a question re Securities agents, investment dealers and brokers (1113)

Pl refer to this link on NOC site for 1113

Under Employment requirement, point# 4 - its stated :
"Licensure by the provincial securities commission in the province of employment is required for securities agents, investment dealers and brokers."

Do i need to have licenses prior to applying for PR under FSW? Is it a pre-requisite?

I feel this information is for someone who has landed on PR and looking for a job, please confirm.

yes brother i am i am 13th May applicant clueless as to whats happening to my application ..there are 10 more 13th may i mean 10 applications cant be rejected......whats your take on 13-16may applicants @oscar why are they charging 23rd onwards when they havent finished their backlog???

you actually dont have to...you can donit on ur own...the forum members are helpful n will guide you if any confusion occur...but if u have surplus money u can pick one

I've asked this question a couple of times, but no one has answered. So, I'd greatly appreciate if someone can answer this question:

On the spreadsheet, there is a column entitled medicals received by the VO. How do applicants know when the VO has received the medicals? Does the local VO send an email acknowledging receipt or are they just speculating based on the date the medicals have been received line on ECAS is generated?

If you have surplus money you can give it to me... I can guide you better than an attorney can.. If you hire an attorney they will ask you to arrange all the documents.. And will just use their name as representative and send your file through courier and even charge more that what a courier company will charge from you... SO.. Offer is still open... Just kidding...
