one of the forum member already said I could send a separate application mentioning the NOC code and personal info and receiving date of previous application.
Do you have any suggestion or me ?

That was if you wanted to send just the additional documents so that CIC can match your additional document with your application. This, of course might or might not work. So the safest thing to do for you is to send another application in full. For this, you will need to send the entire package just like the first time and should be independent of the first one.

1. 4011 is not hot at the moment. You can send a NEW COMPLETE APPLICATION as mentioned by "namaste". As you sent your application very recently (27 Aug as per SS) so it will give you no harm to NEW COMPLETE APPLICATION.

2. I am not sure about provisional certificates but i think it would be normal as people do get degrees after a year or so of completion of studies.

they will return your previous application package automatically without charging your DD. You don't need to inform them anything.
