As your last statement says, this is a great forum and an even greater archive of all the information you need to apply without needing a consultant. The process is self-explanatory if you diligently go through the CIC guide. If any doubts, you can search through the thread and you'll find the answer right here.

• Is there anyone here who applied under NOC 2173 and got the DD encashed? Can you please provide me a sample experience certificate made from the employer

Plenty of people here have received PER for 2173 after having paid through DD. As for exp. certificate, you can apply search. This might help

• I am planning to submit the PCC later. Do I need to submit an affidavit now when submitting the application?

No need to submit any affidavit for non-submission of PCC.

Are there any 15.05 and before applicants who were not charged and do not have any answer from CIC?
I`ve called twice CIC in order to receive any information, but they keep telling me that I need to send an e-mail, whch I already did, and to wait.
My biggest concern is that my application is laying somewhere and even if I am a rejected applicant I will not receive an explanation and most improtant my documents.

Please if anyone is in the same situation share an opinion.



I am also May 15 applicant and i am waiting for charging of my CC too. I also send the mail to them. The reply time form CIC is around 4 to 6 weeks.
There is an applicant of May 16 whose CC charged on Aug 26 so hope for the best.

Hi everyone,
apparently I've underestimated the amount of old applications that were sent a very long time ago but still continue being added to the spreadsheet. This affects the cap estimates - I've updated them to make them more conservative in this regard.
Now the pessimistic estimate for NOC 2174 is "cap full?" already, but a more realistic estimate is that there's still about a month before it becomes full - it's a gray area now.
Other hot NOCs are still estimated to have more time.
To 2174 applicants, sorry for somewhat late/unexpected notice, but please don't be discouraged by it - it's only an estimate.

however, the 202 are not till 10 September, it is untill May 21st for example, you need to get this point
