1-Yes you can try sending DD, may be you can still get lucky - also email them with a subject line of URGENT and also try finding a fax number so you can fax a cover letter explaining the situation and about sending the DD
2-I think they just send the package back, others can confirm

Today I got email from LVO asking to pay fees for the PR and submit PCC & Medical. Looks like LVO is processing very fast as the time duration between the processing start date and MR request date is 4 working days.

Man you keep asking this question over and over again. We've already told you so many times, it's NOT ACCEPTABLE. you must have a description of your actual duties you performed at your job given by someone other than you who was in a position to know what those duties were. EVERY other applicant who has ever been successful in this program has given this. You think you are going to be the special one who will be accepted without fulfilling the requirements? You won't.

Do you think asking over and over hoping to get the answer you want to hear from this forum will increase your chances with CIC? It won't.

If you enjoy wasting time and money, go ahead and apply with what you have. If you want to immigrate to Canada, meet the basic requirements like everyone else.

i don;t know what will happen....

I am asking this after sending additional documents i.e attaching email reply by company....., defination of Authorised person by NSE and SEBI, and after attaching copy of IT return i filed for the brokerage i earned .......i have proof of everything....

Hello Seniors,

Will anyone be able to guide me on the Medical Examination Conducted. I would highly appreciate your inputs on what all tests are done and if possible the threshold of pass/fail in each test? I was thinking of getting these tests done first from outside and then according to the results, then go to the registered panel physician... should I?

Future canadian has already answered your query regarding reference letter.

We have already seen several rejections this year due to absence of roles and responsibilities in the reference letter. So it would be a good idea to try hard to get that on a company letter head.
