CIC will make 3 attempts to charge the credit card and after that if all 3 attempts are failed then they will return the application
so my friend ur friend screwed your application, without wasting time apply again with DD. it was take more then month for your application to return back

Hi All,
I have calculated by points based on different factors accordingly to FSW eligibility criteria.

My question is related to points that I can get based on my experience.
I graduated on 15th Sep 2010. My first job had duration of approx 6 Months (from 20th Sep 2010 to 8th April 2011).
My second job (I am currently doing) had duration of 3 years and 6 months (from 15th April 2011 to now)

My question is that, if I apply on/after Oct 2014 (i.e in Oct/Nov 2014) is my total experience counted as 4 years(including the 6 months of my first job) OR will it be 3 years (excluding any experience that is less than 12 months)?

As there are 13 points for 4 years experience and 11 for 3 years.

Hi Asad,

My understanding is, if the experience for first job which was for 6 month and current job are same category / NOC, then it will count as complete 4 years, otherwise not.

The reason is, suppose for NOC XXXX you have worked 3.5 years and for NOC YYYY 6 months, they will calculate NOC XXXX as 3 years, but less than 4 years and NOC YYYY only 6 months, so it would be taken into consideration.

Again, its just my understanding. Seniors can confirm / correct further.
