With due respect I would like to inform you that I have sent my FSWP application 1114-other financial officers to Nova Scotia which was received on 09 June,2014 at 12.52 but still i am not notified.
I made a query to cic.....but it gave me some link which asks some tracking number.
My application is not returned to my address nor the payment is charged?
what can i do?

Hello, I remember reading it on CIC website that work experience towards internship or articleship will not be considered. I worked full time during my graduation and its part of NOC 6211 which is at skill type B. I have the work experience letter along with job description listed under this NOC. No payslips or offer letter. Will i get points for it ?

I m 8th may applicant, dd cashed 17 july, per 18 aug, ecas: we received ur app on may 9 2013 and ecas status: in process.

Hello All,

I applied in the program earlier in June with NOC 2173 and my CC payment was declined. I have received my documents back last week and now i have planned to send my documents again along with a DD. Since i applied before June 20 (Before some of the application forms were revised) i would like to know that should i send new forms or send the same packet back with new payment form mentioning the DD details?

BTW, all the forms i have received bear a tick mark against each field and in the letter from CIC stating the reason for declining my application due to CC issue, they have mentioned that if i want to resend my documents i should send the original letter from CIC as well.

Please let me know as i m ready with my DD and want to send as soon as possible.

You should use current forms as there may be changes on the forms.
I got my application back too and there is a statement that says "Pls note that applications will be assessed according to the instructions in place at the time they are received".
This means it doesn't matter when you filled the form, it is the time they receive it that matters.

I'll obtain all my results by probably November...

That means you are not 8th May applicant, you are 9th May applicant.

my app received at cio on may 8th 2014, dhl delivered it in the second half at 1:05 pm local time. but in ecas it says they rec it on 9th may. now I don't know who is correct.

Im sure they have a inward outward team at CIC so its likely they recieved it on 8th and same was put into process on 9th for their internal records.

So ideally what might matter eventually is, how I accept the payment? lol

Next Tuesday both the NOCs will cross 600 while PER receiving date will still be 21st and 22nd May... By end of this month both CAP will be nearing 800.. And for next month that is till mid june it will be 1000... No need for paypal account... We are going to meet at Niagra early next year Inshallah... We will settle everything there.. So many parties are due and now this bet is included .... I wish my calculation goes wrong and those whose application reached in August even gets included but can't help...

Hello Guys,

I need your suggestions, as I have noticed in some cases, they were rejected due to insufficient proof of JD's matching with the relevant NOC, so what I did is that i took a print out on plane A4 sheet and stamped it ;D but i din't get it signed by my Manager or the HR. So should I Re-send my JD signed by the HR to CIC with a cover letter? is it a good idea?
I need your advise cuz I dont want my application to be rejected because of this??

Payment Mode: International Draft (Bank confirmed the validity is indefinite)

Note: I used Regular Royal Mail of UK, paid just 11 pounds (DHL and Fedex were asking like 60-70 pounds) and the package was signed and delivered by Canada Post. Moral of the story, Guys from UK, you can trust Royal Mail.

Countdown begins from now. 100 days from today will be 20th December. Will be lucky if I get the PER before christmas and new year 2015.
