I received my PER today. DD encashed on 27th August. My app. received date : 20th May.

Guys!! just rechecked and my Application was received on 20th May by C Mac Donald and not on 21st May (not sure why I remembered this Date!).

Now let me know if still have any hope ? i was worried for 21st May itself but now its 20th may !!! please let me know if there are other guys here too who have not been charged yet on CC and have not even received any kind of communication !! Or I am alone here?

Also, as I am sure I will be falling in the cap for 1112, it is for sure that i will get some or the other email from them ? yeah?

May be his consultant needs to go through IELTS reading exam so as to understand what the form says on the top clearly..

The following person need to fill the form separately:
1. Principal Applicant
2. Spouse (if any)
3. Any children of 18 years or above (if any).

to avoid confusion, remove principal applicant name and write only spouse and her family details.

If he leaves a "blank" the apllication will be returned ...

When filling out the additional information form, your spouse is the applicant and you are the spouse, do not make the mistake to put yourself as the applicant as is her family information on the form. Sometimes es you have to use common sense.

Do not leave anything blank....this will cause your application being returned.

I am sorry, i guess we are grossly underestimating the intelligence of the guys processing your application. Though out the process of the application, an applicant is an applicant and spouse is a spouse. The roles does not get reversed. The people who read the application can easily make out that this form belongs to the applicant and the other belongs to the spouse. I dont think they will get perplexed and run around for help for such small thing.

Rest, i will leave it to your judgement.

Palak, you have given him another point to think "just check the DD validity if not mentioned 3 months, generally all international DD are 6 months validity", actually all internationally drawn DD's are with 6months validity.. No need to check on that Mr. Screwdriver 8) :-* ;D

I also applied for 1112 and my application was received on 7th May. I wonder my CC is also not charged yet, neither I got any kind of communication as well. I'm also trying to find out a way to communicate in order to know the status. If you found some way, kindly let me know.
