there u can find the list of pending and stuff like that.

Reading the previous thread, I think the courier should have been sent to:

Do you think I've sent it at the wrong address? or even this one will do.

Please suggest, if this is wrong, will it be directed at the correct address and if not, will I get the draft refund?

DD Encashed: 3 September 2014
PER: 9 September 2014

I have updated the SS.

Hello all,
A quick update on my application. My application was received on May 20th and today at noon Dubai time i received the golden PER email. As soon as i received the email, i sent a "case inquiry" using the LVO webpage to notify the office of my passport renewal which happened after i sent the application and i sent a copy of it as well.

Looking forward to hear back from them on the next steps.

I strongly believe that u done nothing wrong.
There is a difference between P.O Box and direct address....ur docs will reach CIC, but may take few more days..PO box is a mail box which is cleared after 2-3 days...oscar bro kindly elaborate it...thanx

Sadly, I got my package back yesterday. May 8th applicant (NOC 2132 - Mech Eng).
Major reason was insufficient details in employment letter (which I had expressed earlier on this forum).
Extract from the letter says
"The employment letters from ABCXYZ do not provide sufficient evidence that you performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation or that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of the occupation as set out in the occupational description of the NOC, including all of the essential duties.
Therefore, I am not satisfied there is sufficient evidence that you performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation or that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of the occupation as described of the NOC 2132 - Mechanical Engineers"

My company HR refused giving employment reference letter with details as required. They only gave a one-pager stating date of employment and current position. I attached my cv to buttress it as I was not on this forum as at then to have known about getting my Manager to sign the letter on plain paper.

I am reworking the letter now and would soon send back the package. I'm believing I should meet up the cap as successful applications (PER's I believe) are still at 202 for NOC 2132 for now.

Hope the information below helps someone!!

I called British council (India) sometime back to inquire about duplicate IELTS report. They said they will issue additional report in following two cases :

1. Lost. File an FIR and request for Non Traceable letter from Police. Submit passport copy, FIR copy, NTL and scanned test result form. Then, they will issue second copy of test result to us.
2. If proved that the original test result has been submitted to CIC. (I do not know how we could prove if our application has not been reviewed yet)

I got duplicate ielts report from IDP, in request form i mentioned that i need it to apply for canada in two different catagories, for that i need additional report...
I got it from british council as well with same reason, this time it was of my wife...

Note: i didnt attach any extra doc except request form, on that form only i wrote the above mentioned reason...gudluck
