Please advice on how to pay by DD. I am from Venezuela and I have us bank accounts but I have nobody in Canada to issue the payment for me!

GO to your bank wherever you have an account and ask them to make a DD payable in canadian dollar through a canadian bank. If you just tell your bank who you want to pay, they should know exactly what to do. You don't need to have anyone in Canada. The bank will take care of it.

Guys,

1. Should I send the academic transcripts together with ECA AND degree certificate?
2. PCC should be sent from applicant AND spouse?

1) Yes. Send copies of transcript and degree certificate along with the original ECA report.
2) yes. But not mandatory at the initial stage.

@ Seniors,

My application reached on 1st May and not received PER also DD is not cleared. So hope its rejected but I have not received the Application as well. I have mailed them on 19th-July and have not got any reply till date. I tried to call them many times but ended up voice-machine saying that agents are busy due to heavy calls.

I have contacted Delhi office via mail as they don't take calls, but they simply replied that they didn't get my application and will keep me informed once they get it from CIC.

1. Do CIC send the rejected application via private courier or Indian Post?
2. How do I track my rejected application? As I need the originals and Demad Draft.
3. I do see that 3 of 1st-May and 5 of 2nd-May applicants are still waiting for PER, as per Spread Sheet. Is that information not updated or they are really waiting like me.

Hi Friends,

I need some information about the Medical Exam.

1. Do we have to visit only the Physician who is under the list of Physicians as per the CIC website.
2. For all the USA applicants, how much did it cost for the Medical Exams.

Regards,
Ezapa
1. Yes only the physicians mentioned on the CIC website.
2. Between $300-$450 (depending on the physician/hospital)

Hi Jess

At this stage, it might be better to apply under NOC 1111 (which is where auditor falls) if you were such for more than a year, as NOC 1112 might be full for those just getting ready to apply now. Then again, you might just make it in. No-one but those at CIC knows. But if it were me, I'd go the path of least resistance as I don't believe 1111 will be capping anytime soon.

Thanks Obryan. I agreed that applying for 1112 now is two risky. If you already applied, can you please tell me what is Certificat de Selection du Quecbec (CSQ)? I dont have it yet and I dont know whether I must have it in the future. because the General form ask me to fill the day I intent to apply for this certificate.

Hi everyone,
As our previously estimated Cap Full dates come closer for NOC 2173 and 2174, I felt like a single estimated Cap Full date per NOC doesn't really represent a complete range of possible outcomes. The existing estimates were mostly conservative/pessimistic, but in reality there can actually be much more room for more applications.

I've re-checked FSW 2013 data, made some additional calculations from FSW 2014 official cap data and cross-referenced all of it. As a result, I've added a second estimated Cap Full date, which is more realistic based on the observed data :) It's now in the spreadsheet, on the "Apps by NOC / Cap estimates" tab.

Interestingly enough, according to the calculations, cap for NOC 1112 does not gets full for applications received until New Year even in the pessimistic case.

If anyone is interested where did I get all the percentages for the estimates, here's a major part of my calculations (tables, formulas and charts):
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/11hVAKeHjNUWusOSeRdd7QWXpLiUJeHB8DmFSa2Zl_LI/edit#gid=270344101
Not all the values are named there, but I hope formulas speak for themselves for interested individuals.
Here's another part, for FSW 2013 data (apparently, spreadsheet-to-worldwide percentages were calculated incorrectly in the FSW 2013 spreadsheet! The estimated Cap Full dates are further away with proper percentages):
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AhXTGxY6rOpidFVuRUhzcHptLVpSWlpKYVRmNm9tOFE#gid=70
I've reviewed and double-checked my calculations carefully, but if someone wants to re-check by himself and has questions, I'm open to discussion.

As I read your post, I read the checklist again and this does not mention anywhere that we have to send the copy of a BA degree. I thought WES report should be enough too. So do we have to send them all education degree we had had (secondary + university + professional certificate).

And do we have to send them the university transcript as well?

Thanks for your answer.

Hi Gurus,
I got a letter from the VO asking me to explain why I don't have a birth certificate.

At the time of applying I had sent my tenth grade certificate from India in place of my birth certificate because I had considered it lost. I also sent an affidavit saying i don't have a birth certificate. I did not give any explanations but just mentioned I don't have one.

Recently, my parents were able to locate my birth certificate after extensive searching. DO I send the VO a notarized copy explaining that I had considered it lost and now I found it and that's why I had sent the affidavit and 10 grade certificate.

Would they consider it negatively if I send it now? what should I do?

@ Jess,

Pls refer to the "Note" in the Form Sch 3- Economic Classes (Q6, pg 1):

Note: For your Application to be considered complete, you must include proof of your completed foreign educational credentials AND an original ECA report from a designated organization ...

So must provide copies of Sr. secondary + BA Degree + BA Mark-sheets (Transcript- Optional) + Professional Cert. (Optional). else your Application will be returned as 'deemed incomplete'

Good luck !

Many many thanks neel-here. My big mistake that I did not read the note in the bottom of the question. Thanks God that I have the notarized copies with me now.
