Hi Guys,

I need an expert opinion. My application reached CIC on May 30, but was returned yesterday. Reason: because I did not include copies of my degree certificate to my application only sent in my WES conversion document. My questions

1. Can i include the copies and mail back, or i need to print out new forms again. A UCI number was written on the returned forms with some checks on top

2. I recently moved to a new country (2 months ago)..can i use the new country's visa office (as the immigration guide says must reside for at least 1yr)

3. My occupation is not one of the hot ones, currently just 10 accepted..does that mean i now become a september applicant or when i send back will be reviewed as a May 30 applicant.

Hi,

I received the email from Delhi Immigration Office. Below are the stage by stage process with my application.

a) Credit card charged by end of May or 1st week of June (dont remember exactly)
b) On Jun 26 got an email from Centralized Intake office with UCI and application number and confirming the receipt of Payment.
c) On Sep 4th i got email to go for medical.

24th and 25th May was a weekend so after 23rd, it should be 26th May applicants who will get charged... Good Luck all !!

First place the barcode pages, then document checklist and all application forms, then place the supporting documents. let the order of documents for both forms and supporting docs be same as the order in the document checklist. There is no hard and fast rule, but this is recommended. But Barcode pages and doc checklist should be on the top. Photos and mailing labels could be packed in a small envelop and attached using a paper clip to the top most document. Hope this helps.

If you have received a UCI I would suggest you create a new Schedule 3 and any other forms that have been updated in the mean time. Also - please update bank certificates and DD as appropriate.

2. I recently moved to a new country (2 months ago)..can i use the new country's visa office (as the immigration guide says must reside for at least 1yr) NO. If you have not lived there for at least 1 year, you cannot.

3. My occupation is not one of the hot ones, currently just 10 accepted..does that mean i now become a september applicant or when i send back will be reviewed as a May 30 applicant. You will be September applicant and going by the CAP Status you've just mentioned, you had nothing to worry even if you were a November applicant. Good Luck!

1.We received your application for permanent residence on May 5, 2014.

2.We started processing your application on September 5, 2014.

I wanted to obtain my PCC before the file is transferred to New Delhi CHC

1) PCC of germany

Have any of the Forum members have the experience of obtaining PCC from Germany from Federal Office of Justice
Visitors Service Bonn.


2) I have submitted details for Indian PCC on PSK website and scheduled an appointment with PSK for PCC

3) For Belgium PCC , i have connected with authorities in Belgium and they told that they would send the copy to my residential address in India......


Need help for German PCC,Any experienced members do help me on the German PCC.

I think its better you print new forms, as the forms are now updated in CIC website. Also this gives you an opportunity to make sure you haven't missed out anything. Dont forget to include the UCI number this time and also the rejection letter copy.

You will be considered as a september applicant. But as you just mentioned that you are not from a hot NOC, i think you should not worry and make sure you give enough time in preparing your application and rechecking before sending it out.

Hi hunts, its sad that they returned the documents only due to unavailability of copies of degree certificate. In my opinion its being a little harsh especially when you had included the ECA report.

Before you send out the set of docs again, make sure you thoroughly have read the document checklist and the instruction guide.
Also please add your details in the spreadsheet using the entry link below in my signature. This will help others referring the spreadsheet to not make the same mistake.
