I am new to this portal and seeking ur advise.

I am about to apply FSW 14.

But I am stuck in proof of fund issue

Though my paper work is perfect and I have sufficient balance in account.

But thing is this amount is taken through personal loan and this loan comes under my liabilities.

Please advise urgently here , what should i need to do ...... and what are the alternatives which i can do.....

Do you have any other source of funds? like Mutual Funds, FD's, even Employee Provident Fund can be used as POF

I got a uci from 2013 fswp. This year my application reached 23 may. But when I tried to check ecas through my uci they replied.

We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons:

Please be sure the information you entered is correct and then try again.
This service is only available to clients with applications in process. We may have received your application but not begun processing it yet.

Please help me with this.

I think the updates will show up, only after your CC/DD has been encashed or after your PER is sent/received. Best wishes...

Hi Oscar, and Other Fellow Boarders:

Oscar - I can't find your last response to my question about PCC. Dont know if I lost it (page no), or it was deleted accidently.

I am ready to send my FBI PCC request. I just heard from a well wisher that having the PCC sent to a local US address (freind or relative) and then asking him to send it over through courier will save atleast 2 weeks of transit time. Is this true really?
If yes - then I will follow that route for getting PCC, instead of direct delivery via Goverment post. Please let me know

Another question is, my FBI PCC request consist of, application form + FD-258 Finger Print card (3 copies for just in case) + Credit Card form. Technically, CIC website states to send cover letter. I am assuming by Cover letter they mean "Application form"
It could mean letter just written about you and where and when you got the finger printing done. I think this is optional, as its not mentioned in FBI site
Finally, the FBI credit card form, does not any field to specify the 3/4 digit creditcard security pin code. Again, I am assuming this should be fine, since all merchants have different payment gateway, and FBI guys can still charge a Credit card on number and expiry date alone. But still, please confirm if anyone else also had this thought while filling up the credit card payment form.
If there is no provision of CVV, dont mention it. Its fine. Most banks accept authorization letters with just card number and expiry date.
NDVO surprised us with their pace of sending MR. I am caught on the wrong foot. I thought I had enough time to get PCC from US, but with this pace, they might call for my medical and PCC anytime this month. So I am a bit pressed for time here. I plan to get the PCC request out today, so timely advice will be so greatly appreciated. !!
Yes, its best you have this ready, as most PCC's are valid for 1 year and itseems NDVO is giving only 45 days time to submit PCC's. Good Luck!!

4 points mention 4 different job responsibilities. You need to match atleast one and elaborate more on your job responsibilities and match them to what is mentioned to the corresponding role and responsibility. These are different designations and roles and they all fall under this noc code. Hope it is clear.

Make 2171 as your primary occupation and you can claim points for your experience in 2173/74 as well provided you are able to give reference letters.

However, I was just wondering - in the NOC description, they do mention that, "An applicant for this NOC would typically have prior programming experience". Considering that I was thinking of highlighting my developer (prior) experience as relevant to 2171.

By doing this, will it negatively affect my application in any way?
