Hi,

Are you also reading the question the same way I am? I am also reading it as it asks whether I am convicted and if I am currently being subject to cirminal proceedings. The answer to both is NO.
But if I select NO, when I submit my PCC from US (which I am not submitting with my application) during the visa office stage, the arrest record and the charge will show up. Isn't it going to be a misrepresentation issue?

Please advise. Thanks!

U have to understand FBI is different and state police is different , if FBI dint arrest you , you should not mention anything bye saying "yes" and if FBI arrested you .. Then explain whole scenario ( they gonna dig it by themself as well )

Choice is yours !

Agree with nishesh3003, skquddusi should expect to get 21 points for his education as the Canadian Equivalency Summary clearly and only states 'Bachelor's degree (Four years)'.
The credential analysis part of the ECA only lists the credentials that have been evaluated. In his case, two Bachelor's degrees (one of four years and the other three)
This may mean that the three years bachelor's degree was not considered equivalent to a Canadian Bachelor's degree!

Summary always mentions only the most recent degree. Doesn't mention both. But points are awarded for both degrees. hence 22 points.

Lolz.

Out of the box thinking.

Anyways. Have got the correct tracking no. for DHL from the consultant and now tracking shows docs recd at Sydney (correct address) on 2nd Sept. 2014 at 14.24. Docs have been recd by DAN. Checked with DHL also and they have confirmed the details along with NOC which is correct this time.

Will update ss by evening. Finally some peace of mind.

Thanks everyone for all the support extended.

SS updated.

waiting.... waiting... waiting... ???

with some of the caps going to reach 1000 in the following weeks, do you think the process will speedup? or waill it only slow down as time progresses?

in my opinion, they would speed up the process because the express entry system will be effective as of january 2015; unless they want to struggle in processing two different types of applications at the same time.

congrats snehapatel!

I think I can get MR done in US itself but I am more concerned about the next/final step when they will ask for passport for stamping.

Congrats Vijay!

Hi how much time does WES generally take to process the ECA. If we send to them on 17th September. Can they realistically send it back by the first of october.

What delivery mode do people in India generally opt for? the $85 International courier?

Typically they take around 15 days to complete evaluation. Select international courier for faster delivery in 2-3 days. Else be prepared to wait for 20-30 additional days to get the report.

By God's grace PER received today. Thank you so much Lord for the answered prayer. :)

May 20 applicant, August 29 CC charged.
