Hi Team,

I would like to know what happens after one receives AOR or file number. My ECAS status shows In Process. I want to know the possibility of a rejection from here on.

Thanks Oscar.

I will try to get updated one ( if possible ) as I left that organization 4 years back or else I have to stay ready for the bad news :(

Yes looks good to me.

Which NOC are you applying for ?

Hello,

I fiiled my application on 22nd August. My sister moved to Canada 1st September, on closed work permit. She wants me to visit them during Christmas on visit visa. Will that impact my application? How to I update about my visit if I visit during christmas?

Thomas1987.
Your visit to Canada will not add any score to your FSW application. It should have added up but CIC is considering FSW applications based on those 6 factors of age, education, language, work experience, adaptability (Relative who is a permanent resident or Canadian Citizen and your wife's IELTS result) and arranged Employment in Canada.

Hi everyone,
just to let you know:
with so many new entries in the spreadsheet, adding/updating an entry has been becoming more and more sluggish recently. So a new optimization has been done: adding/updating entries is now several times faster, and it does not cause slowdowns for current viewers of the spreadsheet anymore :)
It also improves spreadsheet loading speed and indirectly improves reliability.

Internally, some fairly substantial changes have been done for this, but on the outside everything looks the same.

+1 for your honesty.
But, is there no scope of squeezing in. Like zero scope, or can I get more clarity around mid October, because by then I would have paid my Consultant fees, and as I have already booked my IELTS date (Paid Fees), sent my documents to WES (Paid Fees), should I save my Consultancy fees and sit back for Express Entry or play the last gamble.
Also, what happens to Applications which are counted towards NOC and are returned/rejected. They are not subtracted from Applications counted towards NOC.

I still feel you should apply , there is a slim chance you can make it and sitting in Canada next year this time.

Please go ahead now, as from next year its going to be much tougher (as comparison among the applicants will be looked for rather than your individual application )

All the best !

Which NOC are you applying for ?
shraybhatnagar...You must ensure that your NOC is listed on the 50 eligible Occupations for FSW 2014. what about your spouse's IELTS score? work experience of at least 1 year is needed on your job if listed on the NOC.

Hi Seniors,

I am planning to apply for NOC - 2173 by 17th September, as my ECA report is pending.

When I checked the latest status, I found that total 218 applications are accepted under NOC - 2173 and currently they are processing of 16th May received file.

Can you please let me know what are my chance for this year?

Thanks,
Gunjan

Hi Guys,

This is a Premature Question but i wanted to see what you guys think ... i sent my application which was received on the 9th Sept by DAN ... now what would be a good time to start following up with my bank with regards to the DD being charge or when do you think they will get started with my file.... I know that may & June would be slow cause of the high volume of applications ... i am guessing July and August will go through faster as fewer application so if anyone can give me a good estimate it would be appreciated.

Regards,
F999

Wrong.

you need to sign Authorization Form else CIO cannot charge it.

You can sign two Authorization Forms with cover letter. Risk is both could be charged. But never heard anybody did it.
We have sent two fee payment forms with CC authorization. Wrote cover letter that the other is back up just in case...
