Hi Guys,

I recently came to know about this forum.I sent my application on 23rd June,2013 under the NOC 2173.

I have a query about the Experience letter.In the Job Description Letter issues by my employer on Company letterhead the job duties are as bullet points in single words as below.Will those be considered as sufficient or CIC may consider this as insufficient evidence of Job Duties?

1.Requirement Understanding
2.Impact Analysis
3.Technical Design Review
4.Administration
5.Troubleshooting

Please suggest?

Hi Mate, Unfortunately this is insufficient as per CIC and comes back even before fee charge - I have seen such a reference letter on company letter head (this year) not being accepted by CIC. Is this the only reference letter / job you have in the file?

I do have other 2 employers after but the 2nd one belongs to NOC 2171 and with the third employer I did not complete a year yet though the 3rd one is absolutely matching and detailed.

My bank wouldn't issue me a bank certificate, so I got a 6 month bank statement of my account. Is that OK?

Translation of documents

Any document that is not in English or French must be accompanied by:

an affidavit from the person who completed the translation; and
a certified copy of the original document.
Note: An affidavit is a document on which the translator has sworn, in the presence of a commissioner authorized to administer oaths in the country in which the translator is living, that the contents of their translation are a true translation and representation of the contents of the original document. Translators who are certified members in good standing of one of the provincial or territorial organizations of translators and interpreters of Canada do not need to supply an affidavit.

Those who got the PER; how important is the affidavit in bold above?
