I've got dates similar to yours but still waiting for my VO to contact me.

Hello,

I fiiled my application on 22nd August. My sister moved to Canada 1st September, on closed work permit. She wants me to visit them during Christmas on visit visa. Will that impact my application? How to I update about my visit if I visit during christmas?

NO. MR received upto 7th May applicants and should continue to receive for some time.

Hello Guys,

I got RPRF, Medical and PCC request from NDVO yesterday (5th September), need to submit docs by October 20th. I am a bit of worried, I didn't get yet PCC from FBI, they received on 14th August, CC is not yet charged. Hope, by that time I will receive PCC from FBI.

Congrats Jammy... Hope you will be able to get it before 20th October... But why FBI has not charged the cc yet.. As per their timeline they should issue PCC in 30 calendar days and its almost 25 days for your docs received...

SOLUTION FOR CREDIT CARD DENIAL PROBLEM

Hi,

One solution just came in my mind regarding CC charge problem that we can provide details of 2 CC. one detail of cc on fee payment form and another cc details on cover letter. by doing this if one cc shows any problem in charging then cic guy can use another cc...

Need feedback from seniors if i m thinking right way or not???

Regards,

Hi, I like your well thought questions.

CIC always opens the package at arrival, and stamps receiving date on it. In fact there are certain fixed pages of the complete file that they stamp the date on, and since they won't find those pages in this very limited content they will immediately know what to do with this one, is my guess. Also, by the looks of this light weight courier (unlike most others) they will know this is an addendum package (plus you can also write the same on the envelope) and when the mail room clerk opens it they will get a confirmation post reading your one pager what it is. I would hope they might follow the instruction to get this added, soon after that. This is just a view mate!!

I think its worth a try. I will do it and let you know what happens.

I noticed the advise in fswp2014.info was to use self-declared affidavit
as I was searching for a sample template. Have we had few/several cases of
self-declared affidavit for job experience and successfully going through?

I am thinking to go for the third-party affidavit as I think this is more
credible/acceptable, only I would have to dig for a template to use...

Wrong.

you need to sign Authorization Form else CIO cannot charge it.

You can sign two Authorization Forms with cover letter. Risk is both could be charged. But never heard anybody did it.
