I have compared the previous form with current one as I also have sent the old form on18th June. The only difference is in the consent section on last page where in new form they have also asked if you consent to be contacted by CIC for some services. This is not relevant to the immigration process, so semantically both forms are same, so should not be an issue. Moreover in your case the date you signed the form is before the form was changed.

i am planning to send my application after 15 days as just waiting for my spouse ielts which is tomorrow so my question is can i download
the current forms and should start completing bcoz i heard that forms are keep changing...

pls advise on the same

Does this process sound correct for India?

I Pay WES online
I apply for transcripts from uni. They provide it in a sealed envelope (Does same have do be done for CBSE 10+2 certificates also)
I take photocopy of degree certificate .
I send both sealed envelope with transcripts and degree certificate to WES
WES evaluate it
They send it back by courier
I include that in my application form.

Please clarify if I missed anything

Quick update on NOC 2174

CIC received my application on 6th May.
Credit card charged around end of May. On 4th September i got an email to do the medical and to submit the police certificates.

Me too in the same boat,NoC: 2174, application received on 21st May. No DD encashed yet.

yes, u can start the same but keep an eye on the forms update/upload date on cic site before sending.

BTW, why don't you spend some time with wify speaking in English
