Mr. Binuky,

Please update the list of :'( and :P... Today 3 NDVO applicants reported to receive MR...

Keep it up NDVO....Next week we would like to see atleast 25 MRs..:-).. 5 per day..

Congrats Kumar.aman, Vinisha and airan002..

Have a nice weekend...

I heard through one of my freind who is already in Canada that Visa offices dont neccessarily follow FIFO for issuing MR/PCC request for FSW program. Those with more appealing cases/points stand chance to receive communication from visa office sooner than others.

And I think it makes sense as we have seen random people from different dates reporting MR/PCC where others ahead in the
queue haven't heard anything on their case yet.

So guys bear that fact in mind, and be prepared to receive MR/PCC irrespective of where you are in the queue.

Dear Members wo got MR,

Please post your experiences with what was asked and done during the MR. Also how long after you finished your MR did your documents take to reach the CIC.

Thank you,
O. O.

Oscar...

I have a technical question... I have USA PCC clearance dated June 2013 and I left US in July 2013 and since then I am in India... Can I use that PCC along with latest Inidan PCC and mention that I left US in July 2013...

My App finally reached CIC!!!! :P :P :P :P :P :P

Now I´m in the race!!! ;D ;D ;D

Can someone please remove my entry in the spreadsheet so I can create it again with updated values!?

Guys has anyone used ICAS for ECA. My documents reached them on 26th august and their website says that the processing time is now 10 weeks. Can anyone tell me how long it actually takes if all documents are in order? I'm worried I may miss the cap

Hello everyone, I just recieved my WES evaluation report according to which my Post graduate diploma in management which is equivalent to MBA in india, has been given canadian equivalency of post secondary study at a non recognized institution.

I will be contacting them about this but its going to take a long time and I'm not sure what it might take :(

I have this question regarding the forms I submitted. I am a single father and have a child whom I do not intend to accompany to Canada for the meantime. In the Generic Form, I declared her as my dependant but excluded her in my application. I even stated in the Fee Payment Form that only the principal applicant will apply and wrote only $ 550 to be charged from my CC. It is only me who is intending to apply for the meantime.

However, I also included in my application a notarized and filled-out form of Declaration From Non-accompanying Parents for Minors Immigrating To Canada as advised by my agent (which I think is not necessary anymore). Will it confuse the officers? Hope this will not cause rejection of my applic.

I don't have an answer to your question. But, if you have all supporting documents (which you should have regardless of whether she is accompanying or not) for your child then why don't you include her in the application to begin with? On the plus side, she doesn't need to accompany you right away, and you won't have to go through the process of sponsoring her at a later time point (which can take a long time). The only downside of having her accompanying you is the extra application fee.

I'm curious if without that MBA, do you get sufficient points (e.g. through a bachelors degree). If yes, then no need to sweat it.
