no one can tell you the date except CIC, that when u will receive PER, we have to study/analyse the data from SS and move on

brother really sorry to hear this, but I m really shocked that u hired a consultant and still ur case got rejected due to this reason? your consultant is listed and recognized by cic or not? if yes then he should have helped and reviewed your job reference letter before sending it to cio. if he did not then whats the point in hiring him and wasting money on his fees? the main purpose of hiring these people are to tackle these tricky issues which they pre-assess and checks and then submit along with ur app. normally the recognized and listed consultants are experienced people and they know what type of matter must be put in job reference letter that will acceptable at cio.

go to ur consultant and give him 2 hard slaps for this blunder, I really feel sorry for what he has done with u, wasting ur time and money. I would not consider it ur mistake or ur company mistake but ur consultant's mistake, they charge heavy fees to give good services not like this wasting efforts.

any how wish u goodluck for future and hope next time this wont happens with u.

Previously I applied for category 2174 and my file was returned back with UCI number. Now I am planning to apply in category 2172. I am having few queries -

- Do I need to use same UCI number while filling up the application for category 2172?
- What are the chances that I will be able to meet the CAP for category 2172 if I send my application by next Friday/Saturday?

there are ppl who hv received in mid aug against 12th may app.
Have faith, you will also get one...
Have you tried emailing them and checking with the status ? generally they do reply by approx. 3-4 weeks

May 12th Applicant... NOC 1112 DD not encashed as per Bank until 28th August.. I guess my chances are slim.. Its getting gloomy :'( :'(

Is there anything we can do to make some Visa Offices especially (Singapore VO.)speed up their process on reviewing, checking, cross-checking and making decisions? Apart from praying, it seems we can't do anything at all. I hate the feeling of waiting endlessly. Any suggestion is welcome.

Hi people

I have received the request for medical examination from cic an hour back. But i have a few questions, the answers for which i have not been able to find on their website.

1. My visa office is new delhi, but i don't live in India. SO can i get the medical tests done in the country i live in.

2. Is there a call centre or any email address where i can get help from regarding my queries. I need to speak or write to them as They are expecting me to send a police certificate from India and the country i now reside in. To get it from India it requires 6 weeks and they have given me a deadline of 5 weeks to submit all the things.

3. I need to update my new passport number to them and change in address too. Any idea about how to do this or any link?


Any information is highly appreciated.

Hello seniors,

I have total 8 years of experience in Accounting with 5 companies in different processes of accounting. I am not sure in which NOC I can apply. I need your help in below queries.

1) I am Assistant Manager working with HSBC in Financial Reporting profile in Individual role. I do not have team handling/supervising experience. My role and responsibilities are 30-40% matching with 1112 but my HR is not ready to provide JD on letter head. They have provided me on email that this is against company policies. I have all other supporting documents. (Jan 2013 till date)

2) Company 2 - I worked as Senior Financial Associate and was part of insurance/re-insurance reporting profile and I have also got reference letter from that Company with 30-40 % JD matching with NOC 1112. I have worked there for 2 years and 7 months. (May 2010 to Jan 2013)

3) Company 3 - Worked as Finance Analyst and also got reference letter with 30-40% matching with NOC 1112. (May 2009 to April 2010)

4) Company 4 - Worked Supply Chain Accounting profile as Process Associate. There I have worked for 2 years. Did not get JD but have HR email denying the JD letter and have other supporting documents.

5) I cannot get reference letters from other 2 companies, only have reliving letters. (total 2 years exp.)

If I have to make affidavits for other 2 companies, can i make it with job duties matching with NOC 1212 as it is not hot NOC. I got my WES report today and I am hoping I will receive IELTS report by 20th Sept. Planning to send my file Sept End. I am planning to hire ABHINAV consultant in Delhi.

Please guide me guys....need your help...

They have requested all documents to be submitted by 20th Oct 2014 including PCC. how do i get PCC so fast in Delhi.
