How much would you end up paying if the application is not accepted because of cap filled?

Firstly, everybody expect them to be professionals...but, they never reply to the queries immediately ....have to wait for 3 or 4 days for the reply and that too will be with half detail....no telephone number....

If you call them they just tell you to send a query through the website contact form, I found them very unprofessional and if the company iworked for acted in that matter I am sure they would be bankrupt in no time

They already started processing May 22nd. Now what's remaining is 23rd in between. BTW you telling me if I am on sherry ?? haha no man its Thursday evening and I am at work.

Anytime is beer o clock, its 2pm here in Vancouver and I hear the pub calling my name lol

I am also waiting to hear from CPC-O after my PER... PER received on Aug 11th .... App reached on May 7th...

Is there any chance of getting in the cap by applying in September. I belong to the presumably hot NOCs like 2173 or 2174.

2173 may last till September or might roll over to October

Thank you so much for your replies. Also this might be a noob question. But how hard is it to file an application ourselves? The consultants are charging a lot of money and they wont refund anything if the cap is filled.

And I see that from next year the system is changed to Express Entry. Will that be harder than the current process because of the additional step involved?

Most people here do it themselves. It is completely unnecessary and sometimes not in your best interest to use consultants. CIC's website has all the relavant information and easy to follow guideline. If there is any confusion, you can always come to this forum and get them solved.

Express entry will be harder. It will be competitive instead of first-come-first serve as it is right now. So, it will likely be very difficult to get an invitation without job offer or provincial nominee or a really high points for example.

I got my file number and medical forms for my husband and I. I have a few questions.
I wonder if anyone could answer my questions.
1-I am from Iran and the visa office which serves my country is Ankara,turkey.but the france visa office has sent medical forms to me.why is it so? do I have to sent my medical results to Ankara visa office or paris visa office?
2-The RPRF must be made out to embassy of canada,france or the receiver general for Canada?
3-my child was born after I gof my file number.the amount of 150$ for my baby should be made out to the receiver general for Canada or embassy ?

First and foremost is to get all the required documents ready, fill the application forms with precision ..and send it. If you have your WES and IELTS ready,application can be submitted very quickly. This forum is of much help ..you will get all the answers from the experts here.

My application reached CIO on August 27th.
According to SS I'm probably going to be charged between February 12th and February 20th in 2015... how accurate is this info? Damn... thats a long time to get charged :'(
