16th May applicant
NOC: 2171
CC Charged on 25th Aug

Highly doubtful. As dmitrych has very neatly laid out in the quote below, its highly likely once your CC/DD is charged, you could be counted for caps, unless there is rejection reason. Plus you are 26th May applicant.... relax , you will sail through

Even if you follow dmitrych's calculated table which has been thought thru, u'll c that last yr also noc1112 stopped accepting applications after 27th may. This year has seen even more number of applications than last yr. So again cap could fill before week 4 of may .
Sorry to sound so negative but I'm only basing it on maths n being 26may applicant myself I'm terrified.

I am new at this forum and dont know how the application trend is going on for FSWP.
Can anybody advice me if I am still in time to apply for FSWP 2014? I can complete my package by the end of October.
Do you have any information about the queue of the applications that are to be processed? Will my application be in risk of not being processed due to filling caps?

My NOC is 2173, Software engineers and designers.

Hi,

I am applying for FSW under NOC 2172. Regarding Reference letters from current organization , they are unwilling to provide me with my detailed roles and responsibilities on a letterhead. But I have with me the I-129 form which was filled in by my company for H1B US visa application for year 2014 (was not picked in lottery). I-129 form mentions about me working for 40 hrs a week and also briefs about my role in cognizant and its on letterhead. Can I submit the following list of document

1. I-129 form from current organization
2. A normal letter from my manager again mentioning of my roles signed with business card.
3. All of my offer and relieving letters from my previous and current organization
4. Last 3 pay slips from current organization and first and last payslips from my previous organizations.
5. Form 16 documents for all years that i have been employed.

Please let me know of your valuable suggestions.

It's "butterflies in stomach" time...I am 22nd May applicant in 2171 NOC...signed by GEOFF at 9:39 am. TIGER with exact same details got charged today. Any idea by when they will complete 22 May?

Hope we hear of a lot more CC charging cases by the end of day ..... 22nd MAy had quite a few applications ... SS says around 50 ... after that it stabilized around 30 odd .... If we can hear some 23rd CC getting charged today as well ... would be a reason to rejoice ,,,,,,... Mikeypm.... I am rooting for you man .. !!

I belong to the same category...No one would be sure if ur on time or not because we dont know how many total apps have been sent and how many will be rejected..It is next hot IT category after 2174....Please apply asap...And do apply since u have invested time and money...rest is luck...And i get a feeling u might have a slim chance to make it All the best
