Hi,

I am applying for FSW under NOC 2172. Regarding Reference letters from current organization , they are unwilling to provide me with my detailed roles and responsibilities on a letterhead. But I have with me the I-129 form which was filled in by my company for H1B US visa application for year 2014 (was not picked in lottery). I-129 form mentions about me working for 40 hrs a week and also briefs about my role in cognizant and its on letterhead. Can I submit the following list of document

1. I-129 form from current organization
2. A normal letter from my manager again mentioning of my roles signed with business card.
3. All of my offer and relieving letters from my previous and current organization
4. Last 3 pay slips from current organization and first and last payslips from my previous organizations.
5. Form 16 documents for all years that i have been employed.

Please let me know of your valuable suggestions.

In addition you can provide a cover letter stating why you cant get reference letters on Company letterhead and also you can include copy of correspondence with your employer to prove that you have been denied letter on letterhead

As terki suggested NDVO might cut some slack and allow the PCC your friend has (provided that included fingerprinting); VOs are generally very reasonable on such matters usually. I hope terki has some basis for suggesting this i.e. sure shot data to back his claim.

I also asked you when did you friend get this PCC - still awaiting response on it

sorry i must've missed that question. She posted her app through a consultant on 28thMay and i believe somewhere around that time, she got that PCC through a help of a friend from the US.

She did not need fingerprinting for PCC from her State, they pulled up her report just based on her SSN i believe.

I have anyways asked her to start on the process asap and not really wait till her PER is issued, as it 30 calendar days by FBI + mailing app and they sending it back using USPS may delay the process, which may not be in her favour... right?

I would never recommend WES to anyone they screwed up my ECA and I complained to the highest management and they still did nothing and just whistled to the bank with the cash I had paid. I gave up fighting a losing battle as I had enough points for my app so I sent the ECA with a cover letter and copys of emails and transcripts of telephone calls to WES to support that they had screwed up and that I am aware I could only claim points for the qualifications that WES had actually done anything with and that I was including all documents so that it confirmed my personal history and so no gaps.

Hello my senior broz...

NDVO has not send me the Medical Report form (IMM 1017E). This form contains a IME number for each person in application.
i called up panel doctor and she told me that i will get 3 forms one for each of us in application and each will have a unique number associated to it..

Has someone who got MR faced this that VO has forgotten to attach this form?

Hello K_B,

there is a small note on top of your first email that you will get new medical instruction and form shortly within 48hrs. I got the similar email and within 24 hours got any emails with all form and instructions.

Shortly you will get second email from -CIC-update.

It looks like they are charging credit card only since 16th may.
Any idea when we can see any DD entries.
I thought the delay in DD will not be more than 3 days.

No, the delay is more like a couple weeks.
