I am applying for FBI clearance certificate at USA & just read in one of the forum about APOSTILE.
My question is " DO I need to get this APOSTILE for submitting to CIC for FSWs014 application ?

You will have to wait for your report buddy, There is no other option. Do both of you have the same degree from the same institution, then yours must be just around the corner, and should get it quickly. If not, then maybe they need more time in evaluating your degree / institution. All the best!!

Got a medical request today from my visa office (Kyiv), along with a request for an up-to-date reference letter from my current employer. No other documents have been requested.
It's totally out of the blue, I didn't expect Kyiv office to be so quick!
Will have my medical exam tomorrow.

First of all congrats for the news...

Now,

1. Ur child did not have individual PP?

If so, then they are expecting a new PP for ur child to stamp the Visa in future..So if possible then start process to take ur child's new PP....

2. Coz they need more steps for the verification and background checking...Send this requested docs ASAP , I hope this will not take too much time....U may rcv both MR and RPRF.....

Yes my child does not have an individual passport, He is just added to his mother passport.
Do u think that they don't accept children added to their mother's passport or maybe they didn't notice the this page of passport? (should I tell them that he is added to his mother passport or I should make an individual one for him which will take along time?

I have my birth document in hindi (native language) I got it translated from the translator .If I send notarized copy of DoB document and original copy of its translation (without certification) will it be ok?
