hello everyone, can anyone tell what is validity of pcc in india and what cic requirment for validity for pcc if u want to submit

Indian Pcc are said to be valid for a year from Indian end but cic considers 6 and should be attained after per only

So Oscar, first email is from the Delhi email ID and the forms comes from the "<Client-update-mise-a-jour @ cic.gc.ca>"...

There are 5 boxes to write those. So use those boxes.

As long as your NOCs fall under the skill level O, A, and B, you will get full points regardless the 50 eligible NOCs. But ensure proper reference letter for getting points.

Thanks. If I am showing EPF as settlement fund what else I have to show other than fund statement I got from online.
Also, in reply to my post You said Insurance policies (unit link plan) can be shown as proof of fund .I got the account statement of policy mentioning Fund Value and surrender value which may be different from fund value subject to market condition. Would it be enough for evidence for proof of fund?

Hi all,

I got today an email saying that my file has been transferred to Bucharest Smiley admin please update SS.
and they asked me for the following :-

1.Birth certificate for principal applicant.
2. Your child's passport
3. PCCs

Seniors Can someone please help me with the following:-
1- My child is added to his mother's passport (Ukrainian) and I have sent for them this passport page, so why they are asking for his passport?
2- Why they didn't ask me to pay the RPRF fees?

First of all congrats for the news...

Now,

1. Ur child did not have individual PP?

If so, then they are expecting a new PP for ur child to stamp the Visa in future..So if possible then start process to take ur child's new PP....

2. Coz they need more steps for the verification and background checking...Send this requested docs ASAP , I hope this will not take too much time....U may rcv both MR and RPRF.....

CAP Numbers based on CC Charge or PER!

Hello Fellow Forum Members,

I know that neither the CIC website nor any other source mentions that the Cap numbers published on the website are either based on CC charged or PER sent. My understanding is that the numbers should reflect approximate number of PERs sent. An applicant whose CC is charged qualifies to be under the Cap but does not guarantee a PER - an incomplete application may get their CC charged but not receive a PER. hence, I believe that the numbers are based on PERs sent.

Anybody else thinks the same?

P.S. I am a May 30th applicant for NOC 1112.

hey..i have applied in NOC 0911. .i just managed to reach 67 point mark..BUT apart from that i have also sent a french diploma DELF A1, Will i get any point for this?

You would need the IELTS or CLB exam certificate to gain points for your French language proficiency
